Hello , Hi But if you guys that are over RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit see this feedback I’m giving I sent you guys a message through RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit also with a picture attached it’s a great app but once I accumulate all my coins an punts I’ve earn I have a question about the rewards I have a couple rewards in there a backpack an so socks an a couple more items can you guys put gift cards on there please or like some other gifts an rewards please I would really appreciate it thank you so much looking I’m forward on hearing back from you guys.

Love the concept of RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit but when you click on the coin buttons to collect the coins you’ve earned they don’t always work and you don’t always get to collect them. Have had to restart RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit multiple times to try and click the coins before finally giving up and not getting to collect what I’ve earned. 😕 Have has problems stopping the run tracker but that’s only happened a few times. Other than that I like that RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit shares and celebrates the efforts I put into working out every day and seems to have a very supportive community following. Please fix, or even better automate, the coin/point earnings so this can be a 5 star app! 😊

First off RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit did not count my steps WHILE I had it on and in my hand. It did this for several days while my other walking app had no issues tracking my steps. I collected every day and it never updated my days collected and NOW.. RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit loses connection and I try everything to get it to connect back while having no other issues with any other data apps. I reinstall RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit after it wouldn’t work for two days and try to log back in and it doesn’t even remember my number... saying specifically that my number is “no longer registered”! Fix this thing before you try and sell it to consumers. If I could give it a zero rating, I would.

The title of RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit says that Runtopia pays you to get fit. This is no longer accurate after a recent change to the rewards and points system. The new system only rewards extreme levels of exercise. If you want to get the PayPal cash of $300, you would need to run a 10k every day for the entire year. This is because the points now expire yearly. RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit provides no meaningful rewards other than the PayPal cash which is unobtainable for the average runner. The other rewards are all discounts on Runtopia products. This used to be a good app where you could earn PayPal cash albeit over several years. This is no longer the case.

I bought the Runtopia watch as well as RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit with a free 14 day trial. Nor the watch or RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit worked for me, the watch wouldn’t track my indoor runs properly and the gps never worked even when I tried to update the AGPS through RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit to get an accurate GPS location (RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit went crazy and the watch never synced to start the activity) so I ended up using Strava for the GPS and finally unsubscribed from RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit . Beware there’s NO FREE TRIAL! They’ll charge no matter what for the period you chose to be a member. Scam... tried to contact through email for a refund, no response!

I don’t know what’s happened lately but RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit keeps messing up, from not giving points, to delays, to the information for my daily numbers not even showing up! I’ve messaged support several times about these issues but nothing is being done, I can see why everyone I refer to RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit leaves because it can be frustrating. Fix the issues and give credit where credit is due and I’ll up that rating, they are now taking points away after a certain time, no ones on RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit anymore because it screws its users

RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit is better than any other apps, but there is some fraud of claim prizes, the costs change rapidly and at a high range .
The new carnival prizes end before the 6 pst comes, I don’t know why is this .
Any company would to save its customers and make the equation fair for every side.

Before I bought RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit I used sweatcoin. It’s the same type of thing. You walk outside you get money. But the reason I switched is because it drained my battery and used a lot of space. But I’m regretting switching. Sweatcoin is much better. They actually switch there rewards everyday unlike RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit. It’s much easier to earn money on sweatcoin. And RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit has a much better layout. I suggest everyone to switch over to sweatcoin.

i paid 399 points for the premium membership, after i became a member with this stupid premium, i get no access to the other products at the shop. The only thing that i can buy after the membership is the membership and the watch. Prior the membership that i bought i was able to see all other available items to buy but right after the stupid premium i bought i get no access to ither products. scam scam scam scam scam

As part of my daily earnings I watch the 30 second ads to earn some coins. Lately when I watch the ads it doesn’t give you any credit after an ad completed, instead it displays “&@#% nil” where is used to display 2 credits earned. Is this a bug being worked on?

When I click clim coin after , I can not click one or two and four five or more still hard to clim of it then I stop and some time forgot , whenever u can claim coin just one click or two click then I will give 4 star ⭐️ but I m not sure if this unlimited earn coin per day or not if can be unlimited for how many can earn , I will give 5 star ⭐️ , thanks

I actually like RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit. It’s unfortunate the shop doesn’t load. I only see a blank/white screen, no cards, gifts, nothing. I mean I downloaded RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit for the money but then after using it for a while, I really grown to like it. I’ll give it 5 stars if I can actually get awarded for my workouts. But overall great app.

RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit is hands down such a fun way to make some extra money. IT PAYS YOU FOR WALKING. there’s no excuse why anyone shouldn’t have RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit on their phones there’s multiple ways to get extra coins each day also. Great app just wish I would’ve known about it sooner. 🙌🏽

Really accurate at tracking steps and measuring calories, but needs more rewards, especially gift cards or virtual cash rewards.

In the old version you could earn coins from taking steps which was great because you could walk around and earn without having to go on a mile long run. RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit has a new tasks section to earn coins but it’s much more difficult to earn anything on there.
I liked the old version much better and would have given it a five star.

I really like RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit on its own, even without rewards it’s a great way to track your runs. The rewards function would be spectacular, but so far the only reward I can see is a eintopfst premium membership

Downloaded RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit . And in 2020 RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit needs all this crap just to register. App does not work and customer contact service has no way to reach customer support.

There’s nothing to separate RuntopiaPaysYouToGetFit from other fitness tracking apps. You can record walks, runs, and bike rides to get “rewards” but the only reward they have is membership to their app - why would I want to be a member if there is no benefit to me though? It wouldn’t be a bad fitness tracking app if they actually offered something useful in the rewards section.

Keeps up with data in an organized way and I can share my runs with my boyfriend. Great motivation for us both to see each other’s progress
