Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I have no issues with the app. I can make payments, schedule payments, view my account details, etc. It seems that most reviews say that there’s no back button and/or that they can’t view documents. Sounds like maybe it’s a phone issue? I can view my documents (statements, tax forms, etc) just fine and there IS a back button. There’s also a menu on the bottom of the page to get to where you need to go when there isn’t a back button. Great app. I’d maybe recommend enabling Touch ID, but besides that, it works just fine.

I'm in awe at some of the reviews on here stating there's no back button and having to exit out of the app to get back in. There technically is no "back" button or arrow, but all you have to do to head to a different location is press the button of the location you want to go located at the bottom of the screen and then select the category or option that appears. Not sure why people have found that so difficult? The app does exactly what I needed it to do: make a timely payment in a convenient way. Also, you can access the statements and anything else as well.

I downloaded this app despite the low review scores, because I saw that the developers recently made changes/updates to the app. It appears that they fixed the document issues that people were having, because everything works great for me! I can see each loan group, documents, make a payment, and really anything the app offers I’m able to access. It is also easy to navigate. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to keep a close, quick eye on the status of their loans.
