Hands down the single best investment we ever made!! There’s only 2 of us (my wife & I) and with Ecwid we’re able to effectively sell on 3 different market places with ease!! The time that we’ve been able to save by utilizing Ecwid and all their amazing automation features is priceless!! We have been able to get more work done in less time which has afforded us the ability to spend more quality time with our two young children.
I know making the decision can be scary folks but don’t be scared of this one, take the plunge, you won’t regret it!!!!

Did NOT expect to like it this much. Honestly it beats Shopify in my opinion. I have been a Shopify platform user for 4 years and I never thought I would leave. I started this ECWID store to test the platform (saw someone else using it) and I am blow away. It is slick, responsive, very well laid out. Only thing is I would love it if my number notifications for orders (on my app tile) didn’t disappear when I open my app all the way. I like seeing how many orders I need to fill at a glance. All in all. Get it. You won’t be disappointed:)

I just recently started my business and created my website with Ecwid. It was quite simple and helped me create a great free website. I loved using EcwidEcommerce for keeping track of orders. However with the recent update know only people who pay the subscription to upgrade (which isn’t required for the website) can use EcwidEcommerce . Those who don’t have a subscription must go through the web browser which doesn’t have the same experience EcwidEcommerce had. I understand they need to make their money somehow but I feel everyone should be able to use EcwidEcommerce not just those who pay the subscription.

Given the Covid-19 situation we had to reinvent and innovate our way of selling our dairy products (buffalo mozzarella cheeses, and others). Our team tried several ways to keep our sales up, but without any significant solution.
I started to look out for an innovative solution and found Ecwid. It’s early to say (started to use it a week ago)! But we think EcwidEcommerce will help us achieve all that we were thinking to do but didn’t know how.
The support team is awesome and very attentive and resourceful.

EcwidEcommerce is pretty great, even the free version, after a month you can’t use EcwidEcommerce if you don’t pay but can still manage your shop through your browser. I use PayPal for my customers to pay and my money gets deposited right away with each purchase. It’s so easy to use and if I can’t figure something out customer support help ASAP. I definitely recommend to anyone who has a small business!

I installed ecwid on my e-commerce site last year, and it’s been a game changer. As someone who knows nothing about building websites, EcwidEcommerce was a breeze. I haven’t needed customer support, so I can’t speak for that; however, there is a community support forum that has answered every single question I’ve had. The mobile app makes updating products on the go a breeze. I am a small one-man shop making handcrafted products, so this really works for me. Highly recommended.

I use Ecwid for my small business and it has helped me a lot. The only reason I am not going to give it 5 stars is because it is not that adaptable for other website builders, for example I used google sites but the store wasn’t a great fit with it on the techy side. I also would love if I could have more pages within my Ecwid Instant Site. Besides that, it is a secure, safe, and very easy to understand program. I recommend it to everyone that I know with a little business.

I started using EcwidEcommerce to manage my popup orders, and it was super easy to setup. The integration it has with payment systems gives me peace of mind, I don’t have to worry about verifying if someone prepaid for an order or not, bc it’s done! Also the option for emailing customers that didn’t finish checking out has helped me with potential sales that would’ve otherwise been lost. Great job on designing EcwidEcommerce!

I started off with the $15 a month platform and listed my 100 items very easily! But then I wanted to continue and grow my business so I upgraded and haven’t looked back! There are so many options to change my layout and to add different options. I love the email notifications when someone has something in their cart.... I love the different themes.... such an better platform than my last Etsy store!

don’t try this company, it does not work at all - i tried for a day - total waste of time. they wouldn’t even return the $15 bucks I shelled out as a test - A company that is this stingy for $15 won’t be here next year!!! save your money and choose the next app

UPDATE: the response from EcwidEcommerce maker is a total lie! they charged me - I filed a Paypal claim which is still in the process, EcwidEcommerce maker has reached out to me numerous times telling me they will not refund me. they keep emailing me until I told them to “Stop” harassing mean! I downloaded EcwidEcommerce , paid the $15, EcwidEcommerce does not work, I deleted EcwidEcommerce . and that’s it! Don’t let EcwidEcommerce scam you scroll to the next app - the need the $15 more than me apparently! Buyer Beware’n

I’ve been using Ecwid for a little over a year now, and I love it for my small business. Their customer service is always extremely helpful & the platform is easy to integrate into my Wordpress website. Their mobile app is especially helpful for when I need to make some quick changes or when I do not have my laptop near me. A very top-notch system and an affordable monthly price!

This is my first time ever doing e-commerce. I’m quarantined here at home and my business is closed so I decided to start shipping out my products and I’ve never done this before because it seemed like too much to keep track of, but EcwidEcommerce does it all so seamlessly!

I now have the confidence to run a whole new business from the comfort of my home office. I really like the feature that lets you know how much money you missed out on if people viewed your product or abandoned the cart. That feature is like a bff that supports your cause and says, “go get that money!!”

I also like that I can scan the tracking barcode instead of writing in all 14 numbers like I did on the first day before I discovered that option. Awesome!!

I have been using ECWID ecommerce site for almost 3 years now. I started out not really knowing that much, if anything about how to use it, but EcwidEcommerce is intuitive and easy. I also continue to love EcwidEcommerce for giving me a heads up an order has come in, no matter where I am. This makes my business very responsive as well as it tracks my stock, so I know when to restock.

I needed a good, complete store that had the power to keep me out of trouble. You know like reminders of what I need to do next, automatic emails to customers and abandon carts, take care of inventory as well as make a simple and smooth experience for the customers end.

I also needed it to be simple to set up, have great support and options to expand as I grow. It needed to affordable too.

Ecwid has everything I need. Highly recommended. The program took me step by step through the process and my cart was up and running within a couple of hours and I had three orders in the next hour. Seamlessly.

I look forward to a long relationship. Once again, highly recommended.

I downloaded EcwidEcommerce when I opened my Ē-commerce store. I am so pleased! It’s the easiest one ever! Also, you can use it free up to 10 products until you want to invest in the upgrade and even then it’s less expensive than most other platforms. Honestly, it’s been a blessing and such a relief after all the others I’ve tried!

I love Ecwid! It is user friendly and full of extras to make your page pop. They send out very useful information and tips to help you succeed as well as keeping accounts current with newly updated features. The support team is really amazing! Always on call with chat, they have never let me down when I needed help. I highly recommend Ecwid!

EcwidEcommerce at first was difficult to use as I am not computer savvy. But I was able to connect this program to my Facebook all by myself. The customer service on the other end took every question as if it were their own. Advise anyone that has a Facebook business to go through Ecwid, as there store and payment center.

It’s a good site to set up your page, but seriously I am not getting much support when it comes to helping drive traffic to the page. Been waiting almost two months to be able to sell on Instagram and at the moment my page is sitting idle. Tried their support feature but most of the time it won’t allow my requests for support to go through or there is nobody online to help etc. seriously thinking about switching to a different service

Started off with the free version and was immediately impressed. After a short while I switched to the business version as I began to grow and wanted to add more products. I have run into no issues so far and have been using ecwid for about 6months. If I need assistance customer service has been a breeze to reach out to.

Building an online store for your business is so much easier than I thought - also if u take payments in your brick and mortar store you can link to that without having to get another payment option. Upgrade to the first level up at least so u can live chat - the lowest version doesn’t allow that 🙄

As a graphic and web designer, ECWID has always been my go-to affordable solution to offer my clients. I also use it myself for my own shopping cart. I love it’s growth over the years I’ve been using it. I look forward to seeing what’s new in the future as I continue to use EcwidEcommerce .

I’m new to e-commerce and downloaded app based off a peer recommendation. I’m only in 5 days to learning e commerce and added this on May 10, 2019. It doesn’t have full functionality you need a desktop. No activity in EcwidEcommerce and never built the site. On the third day after realizing they swiped for $40 I chatted with customer service asking for a refund because you need a desktop for some functions. They said no..I think company has poor concepts about serving the public and standing behind their products.

Love this program. So easy to integrate and so easy to operate. It’s intuitive and looks so professional.
Use this for personal business and it is now being used at my kids 3 schools for their online store. So easy to transfer info with changing of people running store.

So I started a wix page and this was recommended. I knew about the limited features of the wix addon. What I was not told about is that EcwidEcommerce is a trial and I just got an email saying it’s expiring tomorrow. Nothing in EcwidEcommerce Store says this is a trial or that there is a price for it. I went into EcwidEcommerce setting and there is no way to buy it. I am not happy about not being told about this up front. I had considered paying for there monthly service for the website add-on but not anymore. Thanks but no thanks.

In a world where things don’t always work and certainly don’t work as advertised, the Ecwid app, just like the Ecwid platform, just flat out works. I am constantly surprised how comprehensive yet simple Ecwid has made every facet of their online shop tech. Bravo!

Ecwid is a great selling site. I have tried many. One request to the I phone app. Wish there was a way to change the sales notification sound. More sound options would be great.

Love Ecwid. I have been using it from time when only free version were available.
About 10 years now.
Many new helpful features were added over time. Ecwid grew into incredible product that helps to run and grow online business at very affordable prices.
The technical side is very strong - I have never experienced any glitches.

I’ve used Ecwid for years. It’s hands down my personal favorite e-commerce platform, which also works great for tickets sales to my events! EcwidEcommerce make business management a breeze. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Quick and easy access to many features of the desktop version. Super easy to access product catalog, edit, duplicate etc....
