I can't believe my company pays for this. It's worthless. It's actually counterproductive. It takes much more effort to input simple items than what is returned. Constantly crashing malfunctioning, and requiring updates. Terrible flow, poor data management, all around garbage. I despise using DynamicsCRM.

App used to work but doesn’t now. No way to contact anyone at Microsoft. I would say poor service but I should say no service instead. I have no options now for my phone.

I was very excited to have access to our company CRM until I started using DynamicsCRM . It is not usable on Mobile devices. Please fix ASAP so we can actually view and update activities!

We use SSO and have not been able to logon to crm with DynamicsCRM. Works in browser just not DynamicsCRM.

Doesn't even have a back arrow, so you have to close DynamicsCRM and go back in to get to the spot you need.

Reviews are right - fundamental UX design rules are ignored (scrolling and navigation). Even if that were fixed, DynamicsCRM itself is ugly - font size isn't consistent and there are no preference settings, when you click into any of the options there is a colored block covering the first letter (e.g, Accounts, Contacts), which I think they believe is clever, and most annoying of all it doesn't always keep you logged in like countless other apps are able to do. No executive will remember what their login credentials are nor will they want to bother with doing so after the initial login. The major barrier to utilization of CRM by our entire org is due to a lack of mobile access. I was hoping DynamicsCRM would solve for that, but it really falls short and needs either a major overhaul or several iterations of releases.
