After one of the recent updates my app wasn’t working, so I reached out to support, within a very reasonable time they responded that they were working on the problem. This incidence is for real. Just as I was booking my flight tickets, I got a this app alert about my kid's expiring passport. 🙀 $5000 worth of non-refundable vacation travel expenses saved. Now all my family's important stuff is on this app.

this app allows you to save all of your personal information and important documents in a secure place. You are also allowed to create separate vaults. I created one for me and one for my husband. this app reminds you when any docs or cards are going to expire. Very handy!

I have been using this app to streamline by bookkeeping for the last one year for 3 of my small businesses. Very pleased at the timely delivery of my financial reports and their top class customer service! I have not seen a product like this!

This service is pretty expensive relatively speaking, plus the way they have it set up, it isn’t of much use unless you also have a QuickBooks account.
The UI is awkward and there’s no way, that I’ve found, to edit personal information once you enter it. I was able to enter my banking details, but since I was using the free option I couldn’t edit or delete unless I paid. This is pretty sketchy if you ask me.
I reached out to customer service, but had to remind them that was still waiting. As of the time of this review I’m still waiting to be reassured that my account has been deleted and my personal information erased.
Unless you’re willing to pay their premium fees and use QuickBooks you’re better off skipping Docyt and service.

Docyt doesn’t work. As soon as I try to complete a step it tries to walk me through it gives me the message that something went wrong on their end and I need to restart Docyt . I was excited to use Docyt and it seems like Docyt has a good potential to be useful but with it not functioning it is a pain to use and not worth keeping.

Great app for reducing clutter and storing important documents! My only gripe is I wish there was a quick way to just open up the camera and scan documents quickly and let Docyt do the organizing later.

Not super intuitive and if you can’t remember your pin it’s impossible to get it reset (you have to contact support, but there’s no way to contact support). But I love what Docyt does and so far it’s working

App was glitchy from time of download, does not make me feel secure in uploading sensitive documents to an app that does not function properly and repeatedly shows error messages. Just to get past registration screen i had to delete app and re-download. Will be deleting Docyt from my phone as it does not make me feel secure using it.

Very useful app and is easy to navigate. It crashes sometimes which can be bothersome. It is a bit of a bummer that you only get so many documents you can save without paying, but is also understandable. Overall very satisfied.

I don’t have to worry about someone getting any of my sensitive info with Docyt. The layout is simple and easy to use. I love how you can add pictures along with text to financial and identity cards as well. Awesome app! I only need 1 app to stay organized and productive now!
