Frustrating
This service is pretty expensive relatively speaking, plus the way they have it set up, it isn’t of much use unless you also have a QuickBooks account. The UI is awkward and there’s no way, that I’ve found, to edit personal information once you enter it. I was able to enter my banking details, but since I was using the free option I couldn’t edit or delete unless I paid. This is pretty sketchy if you ask me. I reached out to customer service, but had to remind them that was still waiting. As of the time of this review I’m still waiting to be reassured that my account has been deleted and my personal information erased. Unless you’re willing to pay their premium fees and use QuickBooks you’re better off skipping this app and service.

Dissatisfied and annoyed
App was glitchy from time of download, does not make me feel secure in uploading sensitive documents to an app that does not function properly and repeatedly shows error messages. Just to get past registration screen i had to delete app and re-download. Will be deleting this app from my phone as it does not make me feel secure using it.

Doesn’t function
This app doesn’t work. As soon as I try to complete a step it tries to walk me through it gives me the message that something went wrong on their end and I need to restart the app. I was excited to use this app and it seems like this app has a good potential to be useful but with it not functioning it is a pain to use and not worth keeping.
