Sehr durchdacht

Dieses Programm lässt in Funktion, Bedienung und Möglichkeiten definitiv keine Wünsche offen. Es hilft nicht nur beim Leistungssport sondern ermöglicht es auch Menschen mit Einschränkungen ein personalisiertes Trainingsprogramm zu entwickeln - durch die Sprachansagen kann man die Augen schließen und einfach den Anweisungen folgen. Auch optisch gut gemacht - würde ich sofort wieder kaufen (hab mir die pro Version gegönnt - es muss nicht immer alles umsonst sein). Da bleibt für mich nichts anderes als 5 Sterne!

Beste App für Intervall Training und Tabatas

Bisher die beste App für alles was mit Intervallen zu tun hat, die ich gefunden habe. Auch die Watch App ist toll. Ich nutze sie fürs Intervall Training beim Laufen, Tabatas, HIIT, Dehnen und werde sicher noch mehr finden. Dabei funktioniert Intervals wie eine richtige Laufapp. Die Distanz und Pace werden angezeigt und später in Apple Aktivitäten gespeichert. Ach so, der Support mit Kontakt zu den Entwicklern ist auch super. Man kann Vorschläge machen für neue Features oder Probleme melden und bekommt meist am gleichen Tag eine Antwort. Macht echt Freude!
