Smooth ordering and fast delivery

Ich finde foodpanda garnicht mal schlecht eigentlich, schnelle Lieferzeiten, freundliche Lieferanten und ab und zu gibt es ein paar gute Angebote. Aber was mich richtig nervt ist das 70% der Restaurants in meiner Umgebung immer als geschlossen oder als „öffnet am …“ gekennzeichneten sind. Obwohl das nie wirklich der fall ist. Zur Zeit gibt es einen sogenannten „pandamarathon“ 50% Rabatt auf deine Bestellung. Mich als Schüler hat das echt gefreut, aber es bringt mir nichts wenn keine Restaurants offen sind.
Ich hoffe ihr könnt das fixen weil so verliert ihr mich als Kunden

Lecker Essen, schnelle Lieferung und nette Mitarbeiter.

An sich ist foodpanda nicht schlecht, allerdings lässt die UX wenn es um Lieferzeit geht wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Bei meiner ersten Bestellung wurde die Lieferzeit 4 mal angepasst und nach hinten verschoben. Man sollte also nur bestellen, wenn man so flexibel ist, dass man in Kauf nimmt, dass sich die angegebene Lieferzeit auch mal mehr als verdreifachen kann. Mir wurden 3 verschiedene Zeiten gesagt, zu denen mein Essen SPÄTESTENS da ist. Überraschung, keine stimmt.

Leider gibt es keine Alternative zu foodpanda wo ich lebe. Online Zahlung funktioniert nie, weder Apple Pay noch Visa. Die Minuten Anzeigen zeigen teilweise minutenlang die selbe Wartezeit an und verzögern die Bestellung immer so um 1/3 der Zeit. Oft kann man bei bestimmten Läden auch nicht bestellen, obwohl das eigentlich gehen sollte.

Tut euch foodpanda einfach nicht an und benutzt lieber weiter Food Apps auf die Verlass ist.
Wir müssen mehr als 2 Stunden auf unser Essen warten, weil diese App es nicht hinkriegt ihre Ressourcen zu verwalten. Warum kann man überhaupt bestellen wenn ihr nicht einmal Fahrer zur Verfügung habt??? Reine Zeitverschwendung wirklich sehr enttäuschend. Safe diese ganzen Bewertungen sind eh nur gekauft

Man kann leider nicht mehrere Optionen einer Bestellung ändern. Beispiel: wenn ich Salat bestelle und möchte keine Gurke und keine Tomate, dann kann ich nur eins auswählen, was ich nicht möchte.

Das geht ja gar nicht, erst endlos Werbung machen und dann kann hier kein Restaurant etc liefern . Lasst es doch gleich sein.

Habe 1h 55 Minuten gewartet, um dann gesagt zu bekommen dass die Lieferung gecancelled wird. Als Entschädigung wurde mir ein 3!! € Gutschein angeboten. Kein Wunder, dass man sich gegen Flink, Gorillas etc nicht durchsetzen kann.

Sehr schlecht in Berlin - 40 Minuten gewartet dann „Bestellung abgelehnt“ das Restaurant Liefert nicbt an deine Adresse - obwohl ich die Adresse am Anfang angegeben hatte ?? Keine Reaktion. Da bleibt man lieber bei Wolt & co - Auswahl an Restaurants auch sehr klein

Egal welche Adresse ich angebe, gibt es keine Restaurants in der Nähe, zu mindest wird nix angezeigt weil ich weis das sogar sehr viele Restaurants in der Nähe sind, fixt das bitte weil foodpanda ja garkein nutzen hat wenn ich nix bestellen kann (auch pickup funktioniert nicht)

Leider ist das Marketing zu Blöd, nur die Regionen zu bewerben, in denen es Funktioniert.
Hab mir jetzt also umsonst foodpanda geladen, meine Daten weiter gegeben und die Zeit verschwendet

Hatte bei Daisies in Berlin Blumen bestellt. Bestellung wurde angenommen. 1 Stunde später: Storno. diese App Antwort vom Kundendienst: Dasies hat von 13:51 bis 15:30 geschlossen. Okay.. für die erste Bestellung eine miserable Experience. Da müsst noch ein bisschen von Gorillas lernen.

Somit nicht nutzbar und sinnlos

Ich kann leider seit tagen im Pandamarket keine bestellungen abschicken.

First of all I can’t change my phone number. The button just stays grey, it doesn’t save the new number. I ordered food and it said it will arrive in 30 minutes, so it gave me a specific time. One hour later I was still waiting for the food. The app was still showing me the time and said “Your order is on the way”. So I started a chat and the person told me the order has already been cancelled. Why nobody told me it has been cancelled? Why it was still showing up “Is on the way?” You guys literally wasted my lifetime waiting for this food providing me with wrong information. I will not use this service anymore!

I ordered many times in Pattaya - the app is basically easy to use. Unfortunately the food is always cold, once I got a call back from the german manager he promised a voucher which will be deducted from the next order....got it promised the second time already....you can expect already...during the next order there was no voucher in there system anymore. He also said I should send a message in advance to remind them to deliver hot food. I did as he recommended the operator at the chat just feedback “we will try ;-)” unbelievable. Never again.

I can not complain . So far the service was always fast and the food was warm. Only the drinks are not that good. but everything else is perfect .

I have used these guys about a dozen times and to be honest I would say I get more freshness and a satisfying mouthwatering experience by gobbling down a 2 weeks old soggy piece of bread! Food keeps arriving late and when u complain (thats of course when ur lucky enough to get a response) they tell you that “The rider has called a few times .. no answer” absolute bull****! Not to mention the countless times they get ur order wrong..Oh and the times they cancel ur order :)

The app is very practical and easy to use, the staff is very kind and helpful. yet in Bulgaria, it is very hard to find the menus in English on the app.. I am limited to very few restaurants.
The food is also good, but maybe not as fresh as it should be, I would expect better quality from restaurants that charge for packaging...

I have tried food-panda in islamabad Pakistan. It is horrible. I have ordered food 4 times in one week and three times i have received the food with at least 1 hour delay. Today it is more than 2 hours.
Unfortunately there is no possibility to cancel the order unless almost begging their consumer assistant system. Really disrespectful and horrible service.
I will tell every one of my colleague and friends about this experience with this awful
App.

Needs more of a visual flare,the menus are dull and boring and tell little about anything you haven't tried before, should add pictures of the menu items at least

The concept and app is great, and i used to use it a lot. However, many of diese App’s partner restaurants are highly unprofessional: they cancel orders last minute, cancel cheap orders and only deliver pricy ones, or deliver completely wrong meals. diese App should increase its control mechanisms and only accept professional restaurants as partners!

It’s good and fast and u don’t need to move 😂😂think about it (sometimes free delivery)

The app should include function to allow personal messages to be sent to restaurants

Please fix the payment steps. Always fail but ended up placing the charge and order or not getting through and empty the basket

Waited more than 2 hours for our order and didn’t receive it without any notification from diese App. That happened 2 Times within the last 3 orders...
