Gute App mit Potential nach oben

tolle App aber es wäre schön wenn auch die Aufgaben in den iOS-Kalender übertragen werden. Außerdem werden bei den Requests die Links nicht in den Kalender gespeichert. Gestestet mit iPhone 6s und iOS 11.2

Nicht so benutzerfreundlich

Wir benutzen den ServiceDesk in der Firma und da ich nicht immer im Büro bin, eine ganz gute Lösung. Jedoch lange nicht so benutzerfreundlich wie die Weboberfläche.
