Solid starts helped me out with a number of worries I am sure a lot of first time mums experience! - What to serve baby apart from purées? - How to get them excited about food? - How to prepare the meals? - What to eat alongside the children? I started out with mashed carrots and potatoes and if it didn’t entice me- how should it excite my baby? This app gave me confidence and also I am able to prepare a wholesome lunch for myself as well, because the recipes are simply that good!
