Die App hat Geld abgebucht aber der Roller hat nicht funktioniert. Zudem konnte man nicht mehrere Roller auf einmal buchen. Sehr ungeschickt durchdacht!

App needs some new features
Present features are working fine. I like that it covers my area. The app needs some improvements. There is no troubleshooting or reporting mechanism. It does not show if the device is broken and allows you to start journey. There is no form to report this. Only possible action is to write an email, I guess.
