Since over 6 months I have not been able to log in. It was just 5€ p. month so it did not bother me a lot. 3 months before I contacted the support and they confirmed that a bug is at fault for my situation. Still to this day I am not able to have access to my account and can not quit the payments. It is not that much of an amount until today but it feels like such a sensitive matter and the support did not offer help in any way. Definitely no recommendation from me. Edit: Finally the problem was solved. No hard feelings. I like to stay. Thank you for caring about my issue.
