Mit dieser App gibt’s tatsächlich keine Ausreden mehr. 8 Minuten. Das schaffe sogar ich. Vorher bisschen warm machen und das war’s dann auch schon. Passt in jeden, auch in den vollsten Tagesplan. Die Übungen sind ausreichend gut bebildert, wer jemals in einem Fitnesscenter war, sollte überhaupt gar keine Schwierigkeiten haben. Wie immer gilt: nicht übertreiben, langsam anfangen, dann ist das Ganze auch gut ausgewogen. Und 30 Tage bedeutet ja nicht 30 Tage am Stück. Bei drei Trainings in der Woche halten sich Muskelkater und Überlastung in soliden Grenzen. Ich kann die App uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Preis und Leistung stehen in einem sehr soliden Verhältnis, auch die kostenlose Version ist schon ein guter Start. Nur trainieren, das muss man halt selbst😄😏

Ist klasse einfach und für jeden. Ich kann die eingeschränkte für jeden empfehlen ich trainiere seit Jahren andere im Gym und wenn ich mal nicht hinfahren möchte kann ich auch zuhause trainieren in meinem eigenen Fitness Raum 😁👌
