When you start the app, it will ask you whethr you want to be logged in automatically. Obviously this works only when you’re connected to the ISPs network, but even if you are and you say ‘Yes’ it will show ‘trying to connect’ forever (at least for 10 minutes what I tested$. You should test those apps before publishing them, therefore 1-star from me - disappointing experience. Update 1: By ISP I mean the mobile network of the operator. I calles 142, explained the case once more and I am now waiting to be called back on this matter. Update 2: It is now possible to log in by registering with the phone number, this was previously also not possible showing an error that the number is unknown. The feature to automatically log in still results into a crash of the application but since the first options allows me to use the app now the issue is somehow resolved for me.
