2 years agoDatPiff not letting me log in either... just wondered why and I tried to reset my password but even the new password that they sent my email doesnt workl... when i try to log in the page just refreshes and I have to type it in again... no matter how many times I try to log in it doesn't let me... I also tried loggin in on my brothers account and his account is having the same problems... any help would be appreciated! ghostxrene@redacted

2 years agoDatpiff is very unprofessional, there's absolutely no costumer service & support. The retrieve password function isn't working. I have 3 mixtapes uploaded and would like to manage old songs and upload more but it wont allow me to log in nor retrieve my password. This issue should be taken dead serious! Datpiff is literally holding peoples copyrights and property which is super fishy. If an artist wants to log in to manage music, he\she should allowed to. Datpiff's does not have the right to withhold property that doesn't belong to them. What they're doing is illegal and action should be taken ASAP!

2 years agoCan't login my account through my facebook account and when I try to use another email to register nothing works. I tried resetting the account yet received no email for verification. I've posted one mixtape already and now I literally can't access my account. Why aren't you guys taking this serious! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I've been a member for years and never have had the issues I'm having now just trying to get in my account and upload my mix tape. I do the forgot password and still no email or response. How u have a mobile app but can't upload from the mobile app 🤔😑. Can someone please respond. Shit is crazy

3 years agoI had 4 mixtapes up on Datpiff, the dude who owned the website took my mixtapes down for no reason at all. I noticed the one with Megan Thee Stallion and Lil baby is the one he hated on for some reason. The mixtapes whas getting me alot of you tube subscribers and views, I asked the guy why did you take him down, he said because it was pornography?....Typical hater lol. Just a minute ago I tried to pay to get the weeks pass, he refuses to take my debit card. This dude is a under cover hater for real. He took the mixtapes down because I wasnt paying for traffic and also he was hating bottom line

disappointing!! What happen over the years since the last time I’ve listened
I’ve been using this app for years, left away from it for a little while and I come back to it & it’s just so not the same. I can’t listen to a whole mixtape without lagging of a song not being able to play or not available to play. This is not how I remembered this app being like. Just a few days ago I decided to get back on and as I’m playing a mixtape every time or most of the time when a song is about to end, It takes a lil bit for the next song to play or just won’t come on at all and skip to the next one or to a track that will play. In the early we hours of the morning b4 saying this, I was trying to listen to one of my favorite G-Unit radio mixtapes and I could not listen to not one song on that particular mixtape. This app seriously needs some fixing or upgrading to it

•Do not like this update. Please bring back where you can tell if there are song’s missing when looking at the playlist. They use to be highlighted in yellow. There is no indicator for missing songs anymore. I don’t want to waste my time playing a CD that has a bunch of missing songs. •!Playback is also not great. It’s randomly stopping on the next song and I have to keep pressing the start button for it to play. Today it’s terrible. It does it both with app open and closed. •When it goes to a new song & the app is closed it’ll stop playing. On my lock screen I hit play & it’ll say it’s playing but no sound. I have to open it. Then it resets to 0 time and I have to press play.

This app has been one of my favorites for years…. And it was great for version 4.0-4.x.x But every since the 5.0 update…. This app is terrible, it’s difficult to access my playlist and liked mixtapes, and I also can’t find where to access my downloads…. My previous downloads won’t recover it says “Something happened try again”….. and when I download a mixtape I can’t find the list of downloads which means I can edit what I have downloaded and I can’t delete it,….. on too of all of that, it doesn’t work with CarPlay anymore…. DatPiff please fix this broken app
