What a waste of my time and money! I probably have about 40 other, different graphic design apps for smart phones and font editing, video editing applications on my phone and I have successfully created hundreds if not thousands of graphics, trailers, videos, photos etc on my iPhone since 2012. THIS app is complete junk — I spent 45 minutes and over $20 signing up for all the different features they have and I got nowhere, other than again and again by all kinds of buttons being prompted to email myself my own photo. Every button I pushed, whether it was vector or PDF or geotag, they all lead me to email myself and my own photo. This is idiotic. This was one of the most frustrating experiences in a long time. I’ve never failed at an app like this. This is a first —and this is why they got one star. I’m certainly not technology or app impaired and I can work with all my other 40 apps but this one is junk. Period.

I’ve been using create for about 3 years and it’s the closest thing to photoshop for iPhone. Intuitive, slick UI and very capable of producing excellent content. You recently switched to a subscription model and have now relegated the people who helped support you to this point to second class citizens. I know all apps have the cookie cutter third party agreeement, but every other app has respected previous purchase and gotten us covered. You didn’t even announce the change via push notification, which you’re totally capable of. A bit disappoint by the lack of customer appreciation...

I'm not even sure why I keep this installed; I guess I keep hoping that an update will improve the UX. Using this app makes me feel dumb, tbh, until I remember that I usually can pick up pretty much any good software very quickly. It's not me, it's the app. Minimalism is beautiful, but not when all the options are hidden. There are little tutorials in the app, but I believe that a well designed app can be easily figured out without the need for a tutorial. And I just can't enjoy playing around with this app, cause it's unwieldy. Better alternatives are Bez, which is like Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape, but stripped down. And also Assembly by Pixite, which is just a joy to use. If this app could somehow combine the best parts of those aforementioned apps, it would be awesome, but I'm not holding my breath, unfortunately. The app is very beautifully designed, though!
