CFN Fleetwide Reviews

OK, so I am new to commercial truck driving, and I am new to CFN. I downloaded the CFN app today, and wow, what a frustrating experience. First, I didn’t know I could use my CFN card at a consumer gas station. But, imagine my annoyance when I click on a CFN logo, obtain directions, and arrive at a location I am not expecting. Why am I being taken to a station that has a roof? No! Or, show me a Chevron, or a Texaco logo, and explain to me they can take a CFN card! Next, I need to be able to select fuel type in CFNFleetwide . My truck can only operate on diesel #2. Again, imagine my frustration when I select a station in CFNFleetwide , obtain directions, and arrive only to discover that the fuel offered is B5! Agh! Hire a user experience researcher and get CFNFleetwide right!

I see a lot of reviews on here stating CFNFleetwide is taking them to out-of-network stations.

When you first get CFNFleetwide , click filter and scroll all the way down to networks, then click CFN Cardlock and CFNnet. There should be a checkmark on both of those when you’re done.

Apply that filter and it’ll only show CFN sites.

This should be the default setting seeing as it is a CFN locator app… users shouldn’t have to turn that filter on themselves.

If we want to find out-of-network gas stations, we should be able to turn that on, but it shouldn’t be the default setting. Easy fix, do it!

CFNFleetwide is really really helpful, but with CFN now wanting to charge $5 for a booklet of sites, CFNFleetwide really really needs to get updated to not completely black out have the window when it pulls up site information. As with the current “top” review, getting feedback from users to then get the station operator to verify site information would be very helpful.

App doesn’t do the only thing we all want it to do. Locate CFN gas stations. Instead it just lost every gas station and you go to each one and your card get declined. Who ever is in charge of CFNFleetwide should not have their job. Literally the worst crap I’ve ever seen.

We tried CFNFleetwide in Kennewick Washington on our way to Idaho for a fuel pump location (in a pickup) it took us behind a car dealership with no fuel pump in sight. Just weird looks from employees. I’d recommend just googling it. CFNFleetwide is terrible.

The only reason we download CFNFleetwide is to get cfn approved location for the discount. If i need a regular gas station i can do that with my phone. Update so we can only see cfn only.

It just showed me all of the places around me on details and they are totally untruthful I’ve been to every single one CFNFleetwide really needs attention!!

There are sites that are not shown with CFNFleetwide . It definitely needs to be updated to the new sites

Both the CFN and the Pacific Pride apps do not display locations if using dark mode. If the iPhone is switch to light display theme, then they show.

They really tried hard to make CFNFleetwide as bad as it is. Many of the stations that they list as being part of cfn are actually not. I don't believe it really even lists all the stations that accept the cfn card. Go back to the old app where all the stations showed up as pins on a map. It would be much more easy to navigate

Used the location finder to try and find fuel only to end up in the middle of an apartment complex..maybe it used to be a gas station? Second time this has happened but thought I would try it again since its been awhile. Locations aren't accurate and you'll end up running out of fuel during your search. Good luck.
