I can't up for rewards or contact you with the other form. It requires a date of birth, but will not accept a date of birth when entered. You seem to have no working phone numbers. How about putting someone to work at a desk to answer calls, wouldn't kill you. 612-385-7405

I have tried for over a week now to get online to order pizzas. I keep getting server error. I removed the app from my i-phone and even tried on my PC. Would like to get this corrected to order again. Thank you! Deanna

I purchased a magnet telescopic phone holder in pana I’ll 62557 it does not hold my IPhone on the dash or front window . When I purchased it the lady working said I could return it if I had receipt. Which I do . The lady Said no they would not take back .I had to contact the phone holders company. I said I got it her imnot trying to get ahold of some company you sold it I ws told I cou tur i it wont work. No I wan my money ack she was rude and said not happening if Iwant the manger should be in sometime today. There are no sign saying no returns or that you have to contact the items company . there is a store on Route 36 in Mt Zion IL - i walked in there yesterday 6/15 for the first time in a while. I had stayed away due to bad management there which is still there i might add. When i walked in i was hit in the face with 2 flies and the smell of garbage which almost made me puke but i had rewards that had to be used so i overcame and waited in the long line since there was 1 cashier even though there were 3 people standing in the office talking and not doing anything to help the long line of customers. one customer put all her stuff down and left mad because she did not have time to waste. something NEEDS TO BE DONE !!!! PERIOD

I have a rewards account associated with my phone number. When i try to create a login for the app it says my phone number is being used. Duh, I know. It's me tryin to create a login. Please advise. Thank You

I was not able to take the online survey from the receipt. I went to a chat "expert", and told that I would need to pay to have the situation discussed. First, my credit card was hacked and is closed and after this experience today, I will consider taking my business elsewhere. I go to shop on a weekly basis to Emporia KS, where there is a variety of stations and pizza restaurants to choose from. I'm tired of rude clerks from the Lebo, KS store. There may be no competition here, but there certainly is elsewhere!

I have tried to sign in to my Casey’s app with no luck and several attempt. I tried the website and the app both do not work. I tried input my points reward code in with no success because it just kept saying try again error, try again error. Something went wrong. So I tried to delete it and redownload it. Still nothing worked. I updated my entire phone . Still no success. I need to be given the 100 redeem points I won. I hope you can help me with this matter.

Why can’t I get my rewards points. I typed in my email address and my password but will not let me in. I’m beginning to think this whole rewards thing is a joke.

A gas receipt says my address does not match my zip code. Also getting a happy card for $50. The other day to receive 1500 points does not show when I check my balance.

I'm having an issue with updating my account information. Recently I switched to a new email and as a result when I try to log in with the change, I get the message that phone number is already used. I then tried to create a new account but it won't let me because of the same phone number issue. Of course, it is in use. The only change is my email. I can't seem to log in because of this. Therefore, am unable to use the rewards program plus order online. How can I fix this? I can't find any info about how to fix this problem.

Fraudulent

As an ex employee I had “bought” into this concept. After 9 months of working with them as a store manager I decided to move on. They are a bunch of liars. They over work and take advantage of their management teams at the store level. I don’t know why this application gets such good reviews right now. I had saved up over 7000 points with them. When I went to get my discount on fuel “1.54” per gallon off up to 20! Ha, yeah right. Put my number in at the pump, points went away, so I went in to see what the deal was; they told me I would have to call the support center. Called the support center, they told me I would have to have a receipt. The receipt I received didn’t show any of the points. They were just gone! I’m telling you they are a scam. They treat their employees like &$@! They claim they are the 5th largest pizza chain the in the US. “Info I was told at my interview” Where is that proof? I can’t find it anywhere. They have a turnover of about 2 months. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Sounds good up front, just a headache full of more lies at the end. Ask an employee if they “really” like their job...

Terrible service

Ordered my pizzas at 6:15 2 mediums one pepperoni and one taco. Went to pick up at 6:30 my confirmation email said they would be done at 6:35. Was told they didn’t hear the buzzer that they had pizza orders that they would get them in the oven rite then. Told me they would be done in 10 or 15 minutes. Showed up to pick them up once again at 6:50. One of my pizzas was possibly in the oven cooking but they hadn’t even started making the other one. Was told maybe another 10-15 minutes. Was given several excuses, buzzer not working, new employee, first night by themselves. Either they shouldn’t be working alone yet or need to figure out better time management. Maybe even offer something for the screw up. I normally don’t complain Iv worked customer service, Iv worked in restaurants, and Iv work for Casey’s. But that was ridiculous. I will never order pizza from the Casey’s on state street in Jerseyville again

Ordering pizza

I dislike ordering pizza this way because your app lacks the ability to truly customize my pizza. For example, if I wish to order a supreme pizza but I do not like spicy meets I think I should be able to change out the pepperoni for ham and sausage for more beef. It’s the same amount of meat, the same number of of toppings. I don’t understand what the problem is here! It shouldn’t be that big of a deal if you truly want to sell me a pizza. When your only cost you three to four dollars to make a pizza is it that big of a deal if I change up the toppings a little bit to suit my own needs? You have a good product but you could definitely make it better to suit your customers and truly make you the best pizza there is. Do you have a great pizza I love eating it and I used to be able to do this when I could phone in an asked somebody they saw it it’s no big deal. I wish your app would do the same.
