I’ve used this app a couple of times and it worked great. First, download the app before your trip. Don’t try to use it for a street hail, not what it’s meant for. Let’s you track the cabs progress and allows for easy payment. Doesn’t seem to be different from the uber app. So what more do you want? A driver that has been background checked, a taxi that has been safety inspected, no surge pricing and real recourse in case something goes wrong, that being the cab company and/or the city/county authority that licenses the cab and the driver. A much better deal when you think about it.

Was traveling in LA, and needed a pick up at 3:50am to go to LAX. The driver arrived a bit early and everything was perfectly smooth. It worked for me!

Love the app but your drivers hate it. They all prefer cash and get pushy to get it. Makes me uncomfortable.

I thought getting the $15 discount for my first app ride would be great!! N-O-T!! My driver talked about tipping the entire 20 minute drive and then he processed a 20% tip for almost $7 when I told him $2.. $7 is almost half of my discount.. What a rip off!! Then I called the number on the invoice and they refused to take a complaint stating they only booked the rides.. Plus my driver was loading different passengers into his vehicle when I came out of my hotel - probably because they were going on a longer trip. What a CROCK. This driver just lost this company all of my business and all of my co-workers.. Thousands of fares a year. I even talked to the driver about additional business from my co-workers.. Extremely short sided business practices. There better not be any more unauthorized charges.

Actually worked perfectly the first time I used the app. I used it the same day for a return trip - booked and payed for trip on the app. The next morning tried to book another ride and my account was suspended because it claimed I didn’t pay ...I booked and paid with the app...so there is a disconnect with the cabs and the app. Tried to call to resolve , on hold for a supervisor for a long time only to find out there was nothing she could do. I need to call the corporate office. They have my trip and credit card on file-no idea why it is an issue ....so I was over an hour late for my appointment- ended up just using Uber...I guess I won’t be supporting the taxi business while on business in LA.
