  I have to agree with CFDjr ad some others that commented early on. App extremely basic and lacks a lot of functionality, i.e. Referrals and Status, as well as Claims and EOBs to include their associated status. Hopefully there will be more ease for those of us with DSS logins. Haven't tried with the app, but if anything like online, OMG, way too many clicks to get there. At least this is a start and hopeful for vast improvement soon.

  What’s the point?

  What is the point of this app? I see nothing useful here. I just downloaded it, but after looking around it doesn’t seem helpful at all. I don’t see that I can make appointments from here. I also can’t look up shot records, which is the whole reason for downloading the app. I don’t even see that our PCM is correct or what team they’re on. I’m probably going to take another look through it and then delete this waste of space.

  Issues with new version of app

  Unable to log in. When you use the Humana log in it just sit there then the app crashes. With the DS log in it take you to another page that is blank. Please look in to this. People have been waiting for the app to be able to see referrals

  Nice try, but failed

  I like that they finally got around to modernizing the app, but I can’t even log in. The app freezes and you can’t do anything. Hopefully they get around to updating the bugs with the overhaul. But as for now it’s worthless
