Didn't help me. They are charging me twice for one phone/one number. I have contacted them 12 times and for some reason, the phone answerers are too stupid to see the double billing, though it is right there in the history. (And half the time they don't speak English.) I dispute the extra charge on my bank account. But I cannot see a way to turn off one of the two plans I'm being charged for (and I'm not sure in any case which one is keeping my phone off and which isn't!) They are incompetent. There is no store in town that represents the owner company. So thanks for trying, but this would only be helpful if Tracfone weren't either 1) incompetent or 2) knowingly scamming by double billing (or 3) both, which I suspect is what's happening.)

In addition, Tracpfone deactivated the service on a third phone that I had already paid for. -- After being informed by Tracfone that the two phones I bought wourld work on WiFi I discovered that they WOULD NOT work on WiFi so I returned the phones and DISPUTED THE CHARGES for the two service plans I had purchased on my Credit Card. because I was unable to cancel the service plans with Tracphone. I then tried to re-activate the third phone (my original phone) and could not get it reactivated without waiting for an agent . . . All total I have had (6) one hour waits in order to talk to an agent to help me and it gets worse! While talking to each of the agents and giving them all the necessary information they would say..."I need to transfer your call...please stay on the line!" --Well guess what happens when you stay on the line whle they transfer the call? --- A recording comes on to 'Press 1 for all call back, or Press 3 to continue to hold!" --- No matter what you do...whether you press 1, press 3, or not press anything, a 'busy signal' comes on the phone and 'click' you are cut off and have to WAIT ANOTHER HOUR! -This happened to me 5 times! -- There needs to be some kind of action taken against this kind of service. -- And another problem is that when you do get an agent to talk to you each agent that I had spoke 'broken English' and were difficult to understand. When you ask them to please repeat what they said they get frustrated with you. -- It has been seven days now ....March 10 to March 16, 2022 ...and I STILL DO NOT HAVE TRACPHONE SERVICE RESTORED TO MY ORIGINAL PHONE!

Canceled my account March 14 after 1hour phone wait by phone charge still went thru March 15 2022 seems to be no way to remove my credit card online. I have no calling service since they removed ATT with no notice to me. Is there a government authority I can complain to. NEVER SET UP AUTOREFILL

I wish to cancel my subscription and account as I no longer need or use this service. I have tried all your
"so called" quick ways to do this and none of them worked for me. It is strange that when I joined or bought
a new phone from you I had no problem and now nobody can help. I am over 90 years old and prefer to
use my landline. Please do this quickly as I am paying for nothing! Need I add that I have been a member

I have been trying to cancel my service with TracFone as of Jan. 31, 2022 when my service was renewed without my consent.
I have called three times. the first person I talked with hung up on me. The 2nd. Person sent me a code, then told me my service was canceled.
which didn't happen. The 3rd person said he couldn't cancel my service until the 3 months they added was up. I want my service canceled effective January 31, 2022! I want a refund posted back to my Discover card in the amount of $21.48. The three above calls were made to

    Just as good as anybody but cheaper

    The service is just as good as my previous carrier. I may have to buy minutes and data before the end of the year, however I am still saving over $400 a year even if I do have to add extra minutes and data. This is a big deal when you’re on a fixed income. My biggest surprise is that I cannot tell the difference in the quality of service and your TracFone mobile app is way easier to use in my previous carriers mobile app. Thank you TracFone for being there with the quality of service that you provide.

    Works great

    I have multiple phones with Tracfone. Have been a member of TF for @ 20 years now. I can keep track of all my phones on all my devices. I buy air time a year at a time. It’s MUCH MUCH cheaper than any other carrier I am aware of. Uses the same lines and towers as ATT. 1.5 gig storage (on the yearly plan) is way more than enough.....unless you want to store the Library of Congress! Very very few people need the 5 gig storage that most all other carriers are trying to make you believe you need.

    Great

    I paid like $100 one January and I didn’t have to pay for minutes, texts, or data until September. The prices are great especially if you usually use your phone on WiFi. And the app is waaaaayyyyy better than it used to be it’s much quicker and it’s always up to date now. And they still have they still have the bring your own phone program so you can have an iPhone without the expensive coverage bills of other companies.

    Love my Tracfone service

    I’ve been a Tracfone customer for over 6 yrs—I buy the 1 yr service card & extra data as needed. The minutes & text & data rollover with continuous service. Tracfone offers a good choice of smartphones including older Apple & Samsung Phones or SIM card. I don’t need to call internationally, but you may buy international call minutes. Tracfone service meets all my cellphone service needs at a very manageable and affordable price. I’m very satisfied!!

    Tracfone my account app

    This app is great that it constantly shows the current balances & has a widget to quickly view as well from the iPhone lock screen!! It’s great that when you open the app it updates the balances right on the front page so you instantly know how much data, texts, and minutes you have as well as the Service End Date. And that all shows on the widget too! :)
