this app is a fascinating puzzle game, which you can learn in seconds but will entertain you for weeks. The perfect game for your spare time! Your little universe starts with hydrogen atoms only but with the help of the energy rich plus atoms you are able to fusion two hydrogen atoms into one helium atom, 2 helium atoms into one lithium atom and so on. Your primary goal is to create the valuable elements like Gold, Platinum and Silver. But watch out, if your universe is overfilled with too many atoms it will cause a big crunch and the game is over. One way to prevent this is to build up long symmetries in your atoms and start big chain reactions. From time to time minus atoms appear, use them for absorbing and replacing atoms within your universe or sacrifice them for a plus atom. You see this app is not hard to play, but if you want to get to the top you'll need a good strategy, which keeps your atoms organized. By creating new elements like oxygen or copper you unlock lucky charms, which effect the game in various ways and adjust it to your strategy. What this app offers you: - 4 different game modes - simple but addicting game mechanics - 124 different atoms to create - 12 different lucky charms - exciting challenges - compare your scores with friends via GameCenter - share your score on twitter and Facebook - quick tutorial The developers high score is 66 534. Can you do better?
This game is amazing and way too addicting, yet sometimes it can leave you feeling in the wrong. Half the time I die, is just based on a string of the same element with no plush tiles. You instantly fill up and lose no matter what you do, and you are left feeling cheated. You don’t think “I can better myself” or “I could’ve done this” you just ask why? It’s quite annoying when this happens, and it mostly just prompts me to rage quit. Please fix this, also add more boosters after radon, one like boron where you start at a higher level, I feel like the last element could start you at like uranium or something, it would make the game much more enjoyable. Amazing game.
Been playing this for a year now. Relaxing way to pass the time if you just need to distract yourself for awhile. If you know a little about chemistry you will see some familiar names, and a lot of not so familiar ones. Lots of fun with just enough strategy to keep you engaged. That being said, you won’t make it much past “level” 60 without a power up. Not sure if it’s impossible or I’m just not as talented. Either way, spend a few dollars to get a power up and see if it helps you move past a rough spot. Even without paying anything it’s still lots of fun. Definitely check it out!
I love this game so much! Not only is it fun, but it is very helpful! I started playing this game early last year and wasn’t in Chemistry. Now I am in Chemistry, and we actually had a quiz on naming the first 20 elements on the periodic table. I forgot about it and didn’t study, but what helped me to ace it was this game. It helped me to remember the elements and the order of them. The next quiz we have will be the first 50 elements, and believe me, I WILL be using this game to study!☝️
There is a satisfaction that comes from playing this game that I haven't found in other ones. It keeps you actually thinking about what you're doing, and it's not so complicated that you can get bored from it easily. A fantastic time killer. On a side note: I thought it was cool how since it was based off of the actual atoms, it's helped me when I'm trying to memorize the periodic table.
UPDATE I haven't played ina very long time and there is WAY too much that has no explanation! PLEASE PROVIDE MORE INSTRUCTIONS! Than most other players. Mentally, I mean: I have played it a lot, because I love it, but I still don't have perfect grasp of exactly how the combinations will stack...is there anything I can read that spells it out exactly? For instance is it a bug or a feature that I saw a combination go backwards?! I think it must've been a bug… But even the regular combinations will surprise me sometimes and not do what I expect... And I agree with the many others who think there should be a way to earn antimatter, and the minus sign has a TERRIBLE tendency to be wrong!
