- Scroll down on the next page shown to you until you see the "Subscriptions" tab then click on "Manage".
- Click "Edit" beside the Highrise: Social Metaverse App app and then click on "Cancel Subscription".

Long time player of Highrise. Unlike a good majority of the members here, I come in not to socialize but to build. Back in the day, it used to be nearly impossible to deck out your rooms because mostly everything used to be worth gold. As many know, gold is something not all could afford or were willing to pay up for. I’m happy to see that a lot of the items in the store are now worth bubbles instead since that’s so much easier for us to earn up. Building aside, I’m also into customizing my avatar. The clothing grabs are still by in large worth gold, but there are a few that come by that take bubbles instead which I appreciate. Wish bubble grabs were a bit more common, but hey, the very tiny Highrise team got mouths to feed, so I can’t even trip about it. The biggest positive about Highrise is that its players have a voice in this game. The devs and artists seem to really consider player feedback, and they even interact with us too. I can’t think of any other game quite like that.

Okay I'm not gonna go too in depth bc this review would be an essay but I'll just say the basics: 1. Yes, it will take a while-maybe even a few months- but it IS possible to get gold and become fairly rich on here without doing any in-app purchases. Trust me- I know from experience. All you have to do is go to every giveaway and keep watching videos to earn gold for like a month and then trade people for your gold for their stuff. 2. The only reason this game is bad is bc their is a newsfeed where people can post pictures of whatever they want and sometimes those pictures are inappropriate... I really do think there should be filters on what people can and can't post. Also I think the apps rating should stay at 13+ bc a lot of people swear on here!!! Overall it's a great game and very addicting and I love it but I do think that their should be filters to make the game more geared for teens and tweens rather than adults

So I’ve been playing highrise for at least 6 months now, the game is really fun, though, there are to many bugs, one of them being a bug when the game is loading, the game will be loading and then, the game just randomly freezes, the title bar doesn’t say anything anymore, the bar isn’t moving it just dies, it gets really annoying especially when an event is going on and I need to use the rest of the time I have before it ends! Second, when I’m going to look for people that may have items in there storefront that I want whenever I go to the button where you go to find people, the game just dies and that keeps going on and on, UNTIL, when I play it later in the day! It works perfectly fine! It gets really annoying and by the time this happens the items I want are already gone! If you can please fix these it will be greatly appreciated so I can play the game much more! - a friendly person

What makes an elite? On the game, what determines if you’re an elite or not is if you have the items that are way overpriced. I’m talking a single hairstyle is 30k (30,000). There’s a problem with not being able to buy these items without spending real money on the game. And if you don’t want to spend money, you’re literally bullied for it. A “noob” is what you’ll be called. It doesn’t seem like much but noobs get SOOOO much crap. Bottom line is that it’s hard to play if you don’t spend money for the good items. ALSO: A lot of my purchases with real money have worked. But when I paid for the $20 package I received NONE of my gold and when I went to check if the purchase went through it said it did on my card but I didn’t receive any of the items I paid for. The purchase registered on my iTunes yet not on the actual app. Please staff I hope you see this and fix it :) (@alimor)

Where do I begin. You download this game thinking it will be just some silly phone game, no no no. It can become more of your life than your actual life. The game is set up to where you have to socialize to some degree to do much of anything, buy stuff, be in a crew, chat in rooms. Definitely promotes social activity. That leads you to meet people, thousands of people. People have found their best friends on this app, they date on this app it’s a mini world. There’s also a lot of bad with the good. People online can be a lot more mean and negative, it brings out the worst in some. There’s lots of bullying, offensive and highly inappropriate things that go on. Also the way the game is set up as far as eventing goes, you really HAVE to spend money to be in a top eventing crew and get nice rewards. The algorithm for grabs is horrible. The reason I would end up quitting this game is just how much money it really takes. That definitely needs to be worked on. Watch out because it can become highly addictive. They need more staff, more competent staff that acts like an actual profession business. In most cases they do nothing to solve majority of the issues that people have. My advice for this game is to set a limit for how much you would ever allow yourself to spend. Maybe 10-20 a month. Anything over that for a phone game... you need to step back and consider deleting lol.
