3. Next, tap on your Apple ID. View Apple ID then sign in and scroll down to the "Subscriptions" button.
4. Next, tap on PetPage (subscription) you want to review.
5. Now, Tap on Cancel.
   (Note that if you don't see a "Cancel Subscription" button for PetPage, then it's definitely canceled already. It won't be renewed anymore).

How to Cancel PetPage Subscription on your Android device

To cancel PetPage subscription on Android, you need to realize that deleting the PetPage app alone won't cut it. Follow the steps below:

1. First, open the Google Play Store. If you have multiple Google accounts, be sure you're signed into the right one.
2. Click on menu, then go to "Subscriptions".
3. Choose the PetPage subscription you wish to cancel and tap on the "Cancel Subscription" option.
4. Finish up as directed.

Once your PetPage subscription has been removed from Google Play, your future subscriptions will be cancelled and won't be renewed anymore.

How to Cancel PetPage Subscription on a Mac computer.

To cancel PetPage subscription on your Mac, do the following:

1. First open the Mac App Store, then click on your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. Click on the "View Information" tab at the top of the window and sign in if asked to do so.
3. Scroll down on the next page shown to you until you see the "Subscriptions" tab then click on "Manage".
4. Click "Edit" beside the PetPage app and then click on "Cancel Subscription".

Note: Always make sure to use the exact username and ID you used to set up the subscription to manage that subscription when necessary. This is sometimes different from the Apple ID or Android brand ID you have set up.

If you don't remember your password however, contact the App for help/to reset password.

How to Cancel PetPage Subscription on Paypal.

To cancel your PetPage subscription on PayPal, do the following:

1. First log into your PayPal account at www.paypal.com .
2. Click on the settings tab which is beside the logout option.
3. Press "Payments" from the menu provided to you and click on "Manage Automatic Payments" in the Automatic Payments dashboard.
4. You'll be shown a series of merchants' agreement you've transacted before. Click on "PetPage" to cancel.
5. You will be shown a confirmation page. Click on the "Cancel Automatic Payments" tab to affirm that you want to stop making payments to PetPage.
6. Then click "Done" on the verification page to complete the unsubscription.

What to do if your subscribed directly on PetPage's website?

Here's how to cancel your PetPage subscription when billed through a payments provider that is not the Appstore, Playstore or Paypal.

Sometimes, you may start a subscription directly on a company's website without using an extra layer of security like Paypal or Apple. To unsubscribe, you might have to sign into PetPage's website or directly reach out to the payments provider.

Generally, here are two steps you can take if you find yourself in that fix:

1. Finding the company's information, then reaching out. Contact PetPage here →
2. If the company has an app they developed in the Appstore, you can try contacting AllyDVM (the app developer) for help through the details of the app.

How to delete PetPage account

You might have created an account on PetPage during the course of using the app. Many apps make it so easy to signup but a nightmare to delete your account. We try to make it easier but since we don't have information for every app, we can only do our best.

Generally, here are some steps you can take if you need your account deleted:

To delete PetPage from your iPhone, Follow these steps:

1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold PetPage until it starts shaking.
2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
3. Click on that X to delete the PetPage app from your phone.

Method 2:

Go to Settings and click on General then click on "iPhone Storage". You will then scroll down to see the list of all the apps installed on your iPhone. Tap on the app you want to uninstall and delete the app.

For iOS 11 and above:

Go into your Settings and click on "General" and then click on iPhone Storage. You will see the option "Offload Unused Apps". Right next to it is the "Enable" option. Click on the "Enable" option and this will offload the apps that you don't use.

Delete PetPage from Android

1. First open the Google Play app, then press the hamburger menu icon on the top left corner.
2. After doing these, go to "My Apps and Games" option, then go to the "Installed" option.
3. You'll see a list of all your installed apps on your phone.
4. Now choose PetPage, then click on "uninstall".
5. Also you can specifically search for the app you want to uninstall by searching for that app in the search bar then select and uninstall.

  Love it!

  Easy to use. My practice uses ALLYDVM, so they sent me an email to use this new pet page portal. Logged in from the email my dog’s vet sent me and love that I can request appointments and rx refills.

  App is very convenient

  The app works great on my iPhone 6. No problem with the menu bar. For those who can’t find it- Vaccine info can be found by either clicking on your pet link or the reminder link.

  Nice App

  I think some of the items mentioned in previous reviews have been fixed. I have been enjoying playing around with it and seeing the info on my pet from my vet.

  Not as described, really

  First, those that are having problems signing up, I'm guessing, don't know how this works. If YOUR VET uses this app/setup/website then YOUR VET has to have your email in their system linked to your account. If your vet doesn't have your email address linked with their system then you will be unable to properly sign up. The app works fine for appointment requests, to see future appointments, and what your pet is due for. What I can't find, what the app is missing, are actual records of your pet's history. No shot records, no past visit summaries, etc and the app description states "medical records". So that's my disappointment in the app.

  Good but Needs Improvements

  Just recently got an email from my vet about this app and just started using it. Some of the information in the app was incorrect, my pets prescription information was not up to date and my pets records were not there. I am blaming my vet for this since they probably haven’t uploaded all their records to the app yet. However, I do blame the app for its extremely poor readability ( tiny grey letters on a white background are difficult to see). Also, would be nice to be able to use Touch ID to open app rather than type a password each time. Will be a very useful app if these issues are resolved.
