Elevate offers a 7-day free trial and a basic free version. If you choose to subscribe, you will be charged a yearly subscription fee according to your country. The subscription fee will be shown in the app before you complete the payment. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term, unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the term. - Send an email to [email protected] Click to email requesting that they delete your account.

- On your homescreen, Tap and hold Elevate - Brain Training Games until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the Elevate - Brain Training Games app.
Delete Elevate - Brain Training Games from Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".

1 year agoI, too, received an email saying unless I cancel my subscription. (By clicking “here”) I’d be charged in 2 days. I don’t click links in emails I receive. I never subscribed and do not want your app. Whatever you claim my involvement is with this app is an error and should be cancelled. Do not charge me for this app I never used.

1 year agoLike many others today I have received an email saying my free trial ends in 2 days and then will be charged. I have never signed up with Elevate nor do I have the app, so no way can you take any payment

1 year agoI’ve received the same email this afternoon that others have indicating that I would be charged in 2 days as my free trial had ended. I can’t remember having ever downloading this app, and I certainly have no interest in subscribing to it.

1 year agoThis app feels like a scam. I made a free account, no subscription, years ago and haven't used it since 2020. Now, today at 3:31am, I have received an email stating that my "free 7-day trial" is ending soon... what? I haven't touched it in years. Is that the play? Lure people into a "free account" but then pull them up years later to claim a free trial sub that nobody signed up for? I better not be charged. I have sent an email to "cancel" my so called subscription and I am asking again. I do not have a sub but if somehow it is registered as one in your database, please Cancel my subscription and also I'd like for you to Delete my account and any accounts that may be attached. Thanks.

1 year agoI received the same email as other reports posted on this forum on today's date, stating I will be charged if I don't cancel Elevate subscription by 29 July. Last used the app over two years ago. I checked in Settings on my phone and don't have a subscription with Elevate, so I'm wondering if the email has been sent due to some kind of glitch.

I have tried to follow instructions from various places and they do not work. Usually because I am given a step I cannot do. Can you help me cancel my trial and not subscribe? 2 years agoThis app is crap. Do t download it. You will be charged $42.00 even if you cancel it with the "crowd-sourced as easy" cancellation policy. Just another useless app trying to rip you off before you realize it.
