How to Delete Engage Service Desk from your iPhone or Android.
To delete Engage Service Desk from your iPhone, Follow these steps:
Method 2:
Go to Settings and click on General then click on "iPhone Storage". You will then scroll down to see the list of all the apps installed on your iPhone. Tap on the app you want to uninstall and delete the app.
For iOS 11 and above:
Go into your Settings and click on "General" and then click on iPhone Storage. You will see the option "Offload Unused Apps". Right next to it is the "Enable" option. Click on the "Enable" option and this will offload the apps that you don't use.

The Service Desk iOS application gives you one more avenue to get the latest information on your service requests. You now have direct access to our issue tracking database – so you can see the latest activity, submit a new help ticket, or request status updates using your iPhone or iPad. Maybe you don’t know how to describe that thing plugged into the PC that’s not working, just submit a picture using your iPhone’s camera. We’ll even send you push notifications when your request has been completed or when we’re waiting on additional information from you. This application is available to INHS-Engage Service Desk customers. Engage Service Desk is a product of Engage, a division of Inland Northwest Health Services.
