2 years agoWhen Via first came out they were amazing. I loved using them over the yellow cabs and Uber. In the past few years they started to become nightmare. When you ordered a car whatever the time frame they gave you it was always 5-15mintues longer then originally posted, or they would cancel your ride just before the app said it was less than a minute away. Then you would have to repeat the whole process over again. Now they stopped servicing NYC.
