1 year agoI have tried and failed to cancel my subscription. Nothing personal: I just don't read it! Tried to phone but the number on your website to contact didn't seem to exist. Online, I don't have apps. androids or a mobile phone and the instructions to do it on my Mac lost me at the first hurdle. Please could someone phone me on 01273552313 so I can cancel. Don't ask me to do it online: it was complete gobbledegook when I tried! I have a print subscription, by the way. This goes to 81, Lowther Road, Brighton, Sussex, BN1 6LG. Many thanks, Maxine Latham

2 years agoYou should have an Unsubscribe button on your website. Deliberately making it awkward for people to cancel subscriptions is the type of cynical corporate behaviour that the publication purports to oppose.

2 years agoI’ve been bought a subscription to New Statesman as a gift but I dont want it. Can I cancel it without the gift giver being alerted? It just seems such a waste to have a years worth of magazines delivered that wont be read. But I dont want to upset the gift giver. What are my options please?
