I've spent about two weeks on trial accounts with at least 15 different CRM or contact management apps and it actually took me awhile to find Cloze on CRM comparison websites. It may not fit the power user but has some unique features not found in most of the other apps I've tried. Cloze is great for building relationships, reconnecting (and reminding you) with contacts you've been out of touch with and just a great tool built around relationships and keeping track of tasks, deals and appointments. It's a joy to use and has great social media integration. It has two way email sync and tracking. I found the amount of information it populates the system with amazing and I hope the company continues to develop and refine it.

I’m a new real estate agent and before that I had no idea what CRM was. My office is small and they do not have a CRM for agents to use so I was left off without any tools. I tried many CRM softwares but as a complete beginner, I was very confused about how they worked. Until I found Cloze, it was so easy to use and very robust data tool. I was dreading input data from my phone to the software but Cloze did it automatically. It’s integrated into my phone, email and computer, so they’re updated simultaneously. I love how they stream lined and systematized everything for me so I can start making calls to my contacts right away! Also they’re customer support is really helpful. I’ve been recommending Cloze to all my friends!

I’m a busy executive and rarely write reviews.. but I’m so blown away by this app I just had to. I’ve been using this for almost 2 weeks. I integrated my social media accounts, mobile number, multiple email accounts and multiple Google Drives. The fact that it pulls together all public info, all communications, all files about all your contacts and show all of it in one screen is one of the most useful features... especially when I didn’t have to manually enter or re-tag anything. I’ve gotten back in touch with contacts that I lost touch with a for years. There still are some functionalities that I have not used yet, but signing up for the Pro version is a no brainer if using for any kind of business. There is one functionality that I wish it had and that is to automatically track LinkedIn messaging. But that’s not Cloze’ shortcoming.. it’s because LinkedIn doesn’t provide activity tracking in their API.. so no one else has that functionality either.. I just logged them manually. Give it a try. You won’t be sorry.

First of all, I don’t recall receiving any pop ups bugging me to rate it. I started using the free addition, liked it enough to get the pro. Once you get the pro version start using it for a week you’ll come to the same conclusion-you won’t be able to live without it. The app reacts just about everything! I even got rid of my industry CRM and am now only using CLOZE. And I’ve Clozed more deals, and building better relationships with my clients, prospects. Dave and his team IS FANTASTIC if you EVER need SUPPORT, The are FAST to help resolve ANY issues or assist you with setting the app up. I appreciate you guys in support. 👍👌🏻👍👌🏻

I have been using Cloze for two years now, and can’t live without it! It has many great features you need to learn how to use. My favorite feature means you never have to type a contact in two places... Your CRM and your phone. I have all my contacts sync with my phone and tablet and vice versa. My calendar syncs, my To-do list from my phone syncs to the agenda, and so does any other To-do’s I create for a client or prospective client. I see some bad reviews on here by people who do not understand how to work the program. It is not that complicated, but once you know how to do a few things you are off to the races. It is worth every penny and more. My other favorite feature is I use Evernote for client information. I can see all their Evernote notes, emails and phone calls all in the timeline. This is an amazing CRM. Anytime I have had trouble, which is rare, support has always been very helpful! Don’t buy another CRM... Ditch Outlook and G-Suite. This does so much more and better!
