I just love this new version of this app because it makes it very easy to get to your bus, train passes. The old update made it very difficult to get to your bus, train passes. NJ transit keep improving this app for all users to use. In the future updates can you please add a feature that has dark mode like Apple smartphones, and other devices have so people can use their passes in dark mode all the time.
Inconsistent. When you purchase tickets on this app sometimes you’re unable to activate them on the train. This has happened to me several times resulting in frustrating conversations with conductors who don’t believe you even when you show you receipt. You are far better off buying a ticket from a machine or buying a monthly card.
I’ve never really seen such a successful app makeover such as this one. Not only is it basically the same design, it’s 100% better and finally fits the screens of the newer phones! Good goin NJ Transit! One of the old problems I was having is that some of the stations weren’t showing, however it’s been fixed.
You’ll get 5 stars when the passes are available in the wallet. If you ever make the pass available on the Apple Watch I will personally petition Apple to give me the option of assigning you 6 stars!!! In all seriousness a much improved app. It’s nice seeing you guys embrace competence. And I can barely believe the words I’m about to write but … I actually enjoy using the app now as opposed to cursing the devils that put me through countless conductor eye-rolls as I would try in vain to show them my monthly pass.
After a long time of dealing with a sub-par app we finally have an app that isn't a pain to use daily. I honestly almost gave up on this and contemplated paper tickets and alternative apps for rail scheduling, but finally the app cooperates. I hope this isn't short lived. 4 stars for now only because I still have a constant fear that it will cash and be buggy again. Hoping it stays stable **crosses fingers**
