How to Cancel Upflix

A few things to note and do before cancelling:

1. The developer of Upflix is Douglas Alves and all inquiries must go to them.
2. Cancelling a subscription during a free trial may result in losing a free trial account.
3. You must always cancel a subscription at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.

1. Open Settings » ~Your name~ » and click "Subscriptions".
2. Click the Upflix (subscription) you want to review.

2. Click on Menu » "Subscriptions".
3. Tap on Upflix (subscription you wish to cancel)

How do I remove my Card from Upflix?

Removing card details from Upflix if you subscribed directly is very tricky. Very few websites allow you to remove your card details. So you will have to make do with some few tricks before and after subscribing on websites in the future.

How to Cancel Upflix Subscription on a Mac computer:

1. Goto your Mac AppStore, Click ~Your name~ (bottom sidebar).
2. Click "View Information" and sign in if asked to.
3. Scroll down on the next page shown to you until you see the "Subscriptions" tab then click on "Manage".
4. Click "Edit" beside the Upflix app and then click on "Cancel Subscription".

How to Cancel Upflix Subscription on Paypal:

To cancel your Upflix subscription on PayPal, do the following:

1. Login to www.paypal.com .
2. Click "Settings" » "Payments".
3. Next, click on "Manage Automatic Payments" in the Automatic Payments dashboard.
4. You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to. Click on "Upflix" or "Douglas Alves" to cancel.

How to delete Upflix account:

2. Send an email to [email protected] Click to email requesting that they delete your account.

Delete Upflix from iPhone:

1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Upflix until it starts shaking.
2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
3. Click on that X to delete the Upflix app.

Delete Upflix from Android:

1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
3. Choose Upflix, » then click "Uninstall".
