Each position is well defined and has more info available, consequently I am able to eliminate options that simply will not work for for me. This saves myself and the company seeking applicants from having wasted time. I also really like the filter options because this allows me to search effortlessly from the options that I have experience in. I’ve had success in multiple industries so by filtering my search I can better review my best options for my next and probably my final career.
