How to Cancel Fever: local events & tickets Subscription on your iPhone or iPad.

  1. First, open the settings app and tap on your name.
  2. Then, tap on the "Subscriptions" tab.
    (Note that you might not automatically see this tab. In that case, tap on iTunes & Appstore)
  3. Next, tap on your Apple ID. View Apple ID then sign in and scroll down to the "Subscriptions" button.
  4. Next, tap on Fever (subscription) you want to review.
  5. Now, Tap on Cancel.
    (Note that if you don't see a "Cancel Subscription" button for Fever: local events & tickets, then it's definitely canceled already. It won't be renewed anymore).



How to Cancel Fever: local events & tickets Subscription on your Android device

To cancel Fever subscription on Android, you need to realize that deleting the Fever app alone won't cut it. Follow the steps below:

  1. First, open the Google Play Store. If you have multiple Google accounts, be sure you're signed into the right one.
  2. Click on menu, then go to "Subscriptions".
  3. Choose the Fever: local events & tickets subscription you wish to cancel and tap on the "Cancel Subscription" option.
  4. Finish up as directed.

Once your Fever subscription has been removed from Google Play, your future subscriptions will be cancelled and won't be renewed anymore.



How do I remove my Card from Fever?

Removing card details from Fever if you subscribed directly is very tricky. Very few websites allow you to remove your card details. So you will have to make do with some few tricks before and after subscribing on websites in the future.

Before Signing up or Subscribing:

  1. Create an account on Justuseapp. signup here →
  2. Create upto 4 Virtual Debit Cards - this will act as a VPN for you bank account and prevent apps like Fever from billing you to eternity.
  3. Fund your Justuseapp Cards using your real card.
  4. Signup on Fever: local events & tickets or any other website using your Justuseapp card.
  5. Cancel the Fever subscription directly from your Justuseapp dashboard.

How to Cancel Fever: local events & tickets Subscription on a Mac computer.

To cancel Fever subscription on your Mac, do the following:


  1. First open the Mac App Store, then click on your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Click on the "View Information" tab at the top of the window and sign in if asked to do so.
  3. Scroll down on the next page shown to you until you see the "Subscriptions" tab then click on "Manage".
  4. Click "Edit" beside the Fever: local events & tickets app and then click on "Cancel Subscription".

Note: Always make sure to use the exact username and ID you used to set up the subscription to manage that subscription when necessary. This is sometimes different from the Apple ID or Android brand ID you have set up.

If you don't remember your password however, contact the App for help/to reset password.


How to Cancel Fever: local events & tickets Subscription on Paypal.

To cancel your Fever subscription on PayPal, do the following:

  1. First log into your PayPal account at www.paypal.com .
  2. Click on the settings tab which is beside the logout option.
  3. Press "Payments" from the menu provided to you and click on "Manage Automatic Payments" in the Automatic Payments dashboard.
  4. You'll be shown a series of merchants' agreement you've transacted before. Click on "Fever: local events & tickets" or "Fever Labs, Inc." to cancel.
  5. You will be shown a confirmation page. Click on the "Cancel Automatic Payments" tab to affirm that you want to stop making payments to Fever: local events & tickets.
  6. Then click "Done" on the verification page to complete the unsubscription.



What to do if you subscribed directly on Fever's website?

Here's how to cancel your Fever subscription when billed through a payments provider that is not the Appstore, Playstore or Paypal.

Sometimes, you may start a subscription directly on a company's website without using an extra layer of security like Paypal or Apple. To unsubscribe, you might have to sign into Fever's website or directly reach out to their payments provider.

Generally, here are some steps you can take if you find yourself in that fix:

  1. Finding the company's information, then reach out to them directly: Get all Fever's contact details here

  2. Visit the website of Fever. Click to visit .

  3. Login to your account.

  4. In the menu section, look for any of the following: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".

  5. Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.


How to delete Fever account

You might have created an account on Fever during the course of using the app. Many apps make it so easy to signup but a nightmare to delete your account. We try to make it easier but since we don't have information for every app, we can only do our best.


Generally, here are some steps you can take if you need your account deleted:

  2. Send an email to [email protected] Click to email requesting that they delete your account.

  3. Check Fever's Privacy/TOS/Support channels below for their Data-deletion/request policy and contact them:

Delete Fever: local events & tickets from iPhone.

To delete Fever from your iPhone, Follow these steps:

  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Fever: local events & tickets until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the Fever: local events & tickets app from your phone.

Method 2:

Go to Settings and click on General then click on "iPhone Storage". You will then scroll down to see the list of all the apps installed on your iPhone. Tap on the app you want to uninstall and delete the app.

For iOS 11 and above:

Go into your Settings and click on "General" and then click on iPhone Storage. You will see the option "Offload Unused Apps". Right next to it is the "Enable" option. Click on the "Enable" option and this will offload the apps that you don't use.

  1. First open the Google Play app, then press the hamburger menu icon on the top left corner.
  2. After doing these, go to "My Apps and Games" option, then go to the "Installed" option.
  3. You'll see a list of all your installed apps on your phone.

  5. Also you can specifically search for the app you want to uninstall by searching for that app in the search bar then select and uninstall.

    Fever WILL NOT allow YOU to change the dates or times of your event or even cancel altogether. They require you to email your reason and then they decide if it's valid. They cancel your tickets and give you a voucher only. They also keep the fee they charge with every ticket purchase. IF you repurchase tickets to the exact same event, date, and seat price they charge an extra "booking fee". EVEN if you did all this within minutes of buying and canceling your old tickets. A multimillion-dollar company and they steal more money from you in extra fees even after their email states:
    "Your voucher is ready! It has the same value as your old purchase, which is now canceled. You can use this voucher to go back to the experience and buy a new date and/or time at no additional cost".
    "5. Make sure that the total amount to pay is correct. If you select the same number and type of tickets as in your old purchase, the total to pay should be 0".
    As a native English speaker, it sounds like it will be an easy ticket swap. Email representatives basically say "oh well". Obviously not written by native English speakers or written to deceive you. Aside from being poorly written, the customer service is zero help. The customer is always wrong with this company. Proceed with caution.

    I bought tix to their Dining in The Dark experience in San Diego. A few days before the event, they cancelled without a new date or refund. I followed up with them to check & didn’t hear back for a week before someone replied. They stated they do not offer refunds per their policy. I told them I would dispute the charge with my bank, they then offered my a voucher for credit.

    Fine. I gave them another chance. Got tix to another event. I accidentally purchased an extra ticket using my card & even though it was mins before, I was once again in the customer service hell hole. So I just found another friend to go with me to this event.

    NOW - it’s a few days before the event and I check my ticket for good measure - why is the link for my ticket now “broken” and unable to load because it’s expired??? Also it is listed on a site called viator which I have never signed up for!

    I emailed fever again and doubt they will be getting back to me before the event. This site is a complete scam! They even tried to bribe people to write fake reviews on trust pilot. They’re the worst!

    I have been trying to reschedule my Van Gogh event, or cancel if necessary. I am not receiving any response to my request, will soon be disputing the charge through my CC company if they do not reply.

    I was looking to change the date of my event and contacted support to see if it was possible. They advised me to request a cancellation of my original event and then I would receive a voucher worth the amount I paid for the tickets to apply to the preferred date. The voucher never appeared in my account and they are not responding to my emails to address the issue. I'll be contesting the entire charge through my credit card.

    I will never use Fever app again and I highly discourage anyone from using it. Several months ago I purchased VIP tickets for the Van Gogh experience in Seattle for October 14, 2021. I logged into my Fever app last week since it’s getting close to the event, and I wanted to get location details. When I logged in, it suddenly showed that the event for the date I purchased was canceled. I got no email, no notification whatsoever in the last few months since I purchased the tickets notifying me of this, and I was charged for the tickets but never refunded. I sent messages through the Customer Service messaging system in the Fever app multiple times. Finally someone got back to me and said that they sent me an email when the event was canceled , which is untrue. I have the Fever email address saved in my contacts, and when I ordered the tickets bank in March, that email did not go to spam or junk. I went ahead and took the time to sift through all my trash and junk and spam email boxes and there is nothing from Fever. So I then messaged again and said that I would like the vouchers for a different date for the event which is what the person first told me after I reached out multiple times. I’ve gotten no response again and no refund. Unbelievable.

Purchased 2 tickets for Fevers candlelight symphony total $80, canceled & rescheduled 6 times, demanded a refund - nope - kept pressure on and they gave me a voucher worth $80, that expires next week. No way to get the money back from the voucher. How can they keep doing this to people?! I also submit a complaint to the BBB. FEVER IS A SCAM - DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!

Purchased tickets for VanGogh which was canceled soon before it’s opening, then rescheduled for later date and location. I will no longer be in the area and want a refund. Information provided says they won’t refund. Is anyone having any luck with this poorly run company? Very deceptive and negative towards customers.

On 8/8/21 purchased 2 VIP Tkts for Monet exhib in L.A. for 11/25/21 at 3 pm. Your “Verification Code”would not work - kept getting new ones sent to my email which did not work. Looked up your co. on Google & found many complaints of being scammed by you, also made to BBB. Please cancel booking & refund my Chase credit card immediately - I do NOT want vouchers as there is no way I can trust you ever again.

I understand this venue is not the Van Gogh experience expected. I purchased 4 tickets for December but have since read the numerous BBB complaints. My CC was charged June 16,2021 for 164.00. Tickets for December 15, 2021. I have not received a confirmation email or venue address. I request an immediate refund. If not provided, I will seek further recompense through my CC, Washington State Attorney General and BBB. Thank you.

    Best customer service

    Just want to take a sec to give a shout out to this app. I just received a great customer service (thank you Ronald). I accidentally had concert tickets and fever tickets to another event booked on the same night. I received a voucher and was able to switch dates of the event within an hour!! No problems no fuss no trouble. I love using the feverr app BUT I wish it had a little more variety of events available. It’s pretty limited comparing to eventbrite and other event apps but I still like it.

    Stepped up their game

    Fever used to be a trash app a few years ago- to my surprise they really stepped up there game. This isn’t really an activity discount app- although you can find some really great deals on here- you can still find a ton of fun things to do in the city and I really like what they’ve done. They have a 24 hour help chat and youthful activities. Don’t like the no return policy if you purchased by accident or couldn’t make it to the event so I would recommend they improve that!

    Great Customer Service

    I have been using Fever for a year, and I‎t definitely given me a lot of great ideas/deals for things to do in the city. Recently, I made a mistake on a purchase, and their customer service was incredible. They responded quickly, and were able to work with me and my case. I have had similar situations with other companies (cough: Groupon) that did not turn or so well. They were kind, flexible, and respectful the whole time. I’m impressed and satisfied.

    Cool events but Deceptive Advertising

    I know the app isn’t generally responsible for all of the events other than as a marketing/ticketing tool, so I have no issues with that service. They definitely have some cool stuff. However, I think the way they sell tickets is very shady. For the event I bought tickets for, 2/3 days were sold out. No biggie - I bought for the third day while a big red sign flashed at me saying “LESS THAN TEN TICKETS LEFT. BUY NOW” Gross marketing tactic to get people to buy without thinking. Then, if you read the notice fully, it says less than ten tickets left “at their best price.” I was also able to buy at least 12 tickets at their “best price” that supposedly only had 10 left. I obviously only bought two, as that’s all I needed, but it’s a really manipulative system. They also opt you in to sharing a ton of data unless you dig into the permissions and opt out (Which you should do), but that’s not really a surprise today.

    Purchased wrong time for an event

    Fever has been very responsive and helpful with my issue. I purchased a ticket for an event and I accidentally purchased it for the wrong time. I contacted them to see if there was a way to switch the time. They emailed me immediately and told me that they will look into it and see what can be done. They got back to me and let me switch the time without charging me again. I like the fact that they have messaging options where you can text someone and they can assist you and they also communicate through email. Thank you fever for being accommodating . Now I can go and enjoy the event with my friends!
