I’ve been using this app for the past eight years. I’m in my mid-seventies and routinely pull up my lab results, past medical appointments, and message my PCP regarding any issue, at my convenience. I find this app intuitive and easy to navigate! The one feature that was dropped years ago that I do miss is the explanation of lab tests. Since it covered the full range of illnesses that were possible, I guess that it may have alarmed some members, thus causing the medical staff extra work in assuring them they weren’t dying 🤣... but now I go to Bing and look up any lab test to determine risk factors. My husband and I are bullish on Kaiser and find that they provide the best medical care we’ve ever received. Members since 2005!
App works wonderful everything from making appointments, to refilling prescriptions etc. etc. Keep working on improving the app. The only thing I would say needs major improvement is the notifications system within the app. When you use the app it says do you want the app to send you notifications for appointments or prescription refills etc. etc. you click yes and then you don’t really receive any notifications. That is all that needs major improvement. Keep up the good work.
Not sure what the fuss is over... I love this new version much more than the previous version. It's easy to navigate, and everything is at my fingertips which I love. I have a busy life like everyone else so that is an important factor. I can easily message my doctor or any other provider I've been referred to and easily refill prescriptions. It was mentioned in a previous post that the Rx refill doesn't alert you of when it is ready for pick up.... that would be a great feature to add. Overall, great job!!
I just made an appointment with my doctor in under two minutes, including the app searching my calendar for open spots. Ordering refills is also a breeze, as is reading test results. Any of those tasks can be done in a few minutes. Using face recognition to open the app is great. I am a healthy, very light user, so don’t know how it would work if I had a serious illness that would requiere more, but for my needs is perfect. Good job KP!
I have used this app since it was released into production. It has served me well and it continues offer new and more convenient features. They kind of sneak up on me. Lol. One reviewer reports that Touch ID doesn’t work as expected. I saw the same issue but after deleting the app, manually signing on and turning Touch ID on, it stayed on. I was prompted once to lift and rest a finger. From that point, all my finger prints work as expected. Yes, all. I use many for easy positioning. App support is responsive. So, try this first. NOTE: The app had been updated BUT may not have synched correctly with my hardware after iOS 11.4.1 was installed. This is what I suspect.
