    Great. Still.

Scout used to be my go to gps. I just downloaded it back again and it still works great however all these gps’s have to stop making all these stupid social media features. No one will ever use these it dosent make it better it reduces the experience. However in Scout that garbage stays out of the way and it gets you on your way.

    Nostalgia

I like it. No matter what I cannot hate Telenav. I grew up with it before google maps and all that. My dad had it on his work blackberry and I loved how I could tell it with my voice where to go. This service is nostalgic and I really don’t care if anyone thinks it’s bad it’s a reminder of my childhood that I cannot forget

    Best GPS by far!

I have used scout for years, I hate to drive and had anxiety over doing it: I learned my son was very ill and over the next 2 years I had no choice but to drive him to appointment: thanks to scout I was able to navigate through some pretty scary traffic situations ❤️

    Review

Scout is the only GPS system I use from my I phone. It actually takes you where you need to be. If you put in 141 grant st, that is where it’ll take you. I love using scout

    Used to be better

I have used this app to get me from Kentucky to California, all over the place, and back. I worked, well enough. I say it used to be better because it was more fun. I used to be able to pick from an icon like a spaceship or the minivan... I miss that actually. Having used it to cross country I only have one note: when someone calls you on the road and asks you where you are, there is no way of knowing what town you are in. There should be a bubble or something that tells you: "you are currently in_________." That would have been very handy. I wrote the above review over 3 years ago. Since then I have not used any other app to get me from A to B. Sometimes it will not fine me a route because when I download this I lived in Hawaii, then Tennessee, now Nevada... every now and again it tells me that something a few miles away is 34 hours away and that there isn’t a route to be had, as though it thinks my starting point is still in Tennessee, or Hawaii. There is also a few random places that it will take me the longest way possible. BUT it’s never taken me to the wrong place, just taken a long time to get there.
