I didn't understand that this was a subscription that I had to pay for monthly. I ordered a tripod and I have a Samsung A1e cell phone and it doesn't connect with the remote they sent me. Their instructions said to go to Google Play and get the Camera360 app. (FREE!) So I installed this app before I understood I had to pay a monthly fee (with even having ads) and when I even tried it with my phone the remote still would not connect with my phone. I want to cancel my subscription and not be charged for anything. How can I get to cancel my subscription so I won't be charged?
