My puzzles sometime freeze pieces so I cannot move them. I can’t get the last piece of a puzzle in or start a new one. I do not have the lock button on.

    Fabulous game!

    I have always loved jigsaw puzzles, but hate having to give up table space for long periods of time, leaving the puzzle I was working on at the mercy of family members messing things up, pieces lost, etc. The online version avoids all of that. And what a bargain! For something like $4.99 you get the ad-free version, no pop ups, plus you can create your own puzzles from pictures in your library, upload your pictures so others can create puzzles from them, a free puzzle daily, plus extra free puzzles as rewards for solving a certain number of puzzles. Each time you open a puzzle you get a prize, either coins which you can save up to buy more puzzles, or else free hints and so forth. I don't use the hints, and one puzzle a day is way more than I typically can solve, so I never have to buy any more. Plus you get 32 coins each time you solve a puzzle. I've now got enough coins to buy almost any puzzle pack I want. What more could anyone ask? The only suggestion for improvement I have is that it would use be nice if the puzzles were named, as it would be nice to know what I'm looking at, especially landscapes and buildings.

    The best jigsaw puzzle app!

    There is something very relaxing and challenging about a jigsaw puzzle. This app covers the spectrum of super easy to quite challenging. A few pieces or hundreds, always right side up or turned every which way, this app has you covered. The selection of pictures is vast, you get a free monthly pack, earn/buy coins to purchase other puzzle packs,and you can also upload your own photos to piece together. You can share your photo puzzle with just friends or globally. This app has been my go-to favorite for over two three years now. It has only gotten better. I'm not sure how folks are having problems with their app. Not discounting their experience, but I have never had a problem. I have had the app for years and kept up on all of the updates. Still no issues. I can't say that every change is awesome, but they have to make money somewhere. It is a free app with in-app purchases. Any one who plays or uses free apps knows that this means ads. The ads are not disruptive during play. I still recommend this app with a full five stars! 😊

    My Fave

    Thank you for all your work to make this app so challenging, smooth & fun! I have a brain issue that impaired my photographic memory and this app has helped me improve that so much! I allow myself to look at the photo once, focusing on the completed puzzle and then observing different details before I start. About a year ago I had to keep bringing up the photo, sometimes to try to remember what I was even working on. Now I can even do a few 550-piece puzzles after only the first time I study it. You’ll hopefully never know what a joy it is to be able to measure your brain’s power to reroute around demyelination. I’m just grateful! Only two little suggestions: I’d love to be able to zoom in on the preview picture. There isn’t an option to do that at any time, and it doesn’t help to be able to enlarge the pieces if I can’t see the finished puzzle as closely. Also, it would be fabulous if there were a scrolling arrow to the right of the puzzle column so I could see where I am in the column. I hope that makes sense. Thanks again for such a great product!

    Best Puzzle App out there

    I’ve tried all the jigsaw puzzle apps out there, and this is by far the best one. Great pics, reasonable upgrade fee for no ads - but great to try for free. I’ve had this app for many years and have done a Ton of puzzles for free. And I’m not sure if it’s the upgrade - but you do not need to be connected to do puzzles that you’ve downloaded. They have a monthly mystery puzzle for free - one for each day. Pretty views with a decent variety and you can change the background color mid-way very easily. You can also enlarge the area you’re working on for greater detail. It’s a great way to pass the time on flights. Highly recommend. The only teensy recommendation I have is the ability to enlarge the photo after you’ve done the puzzle. There are so many beautiful and interesting photos. Afterwards there have been a number of times where I wanted to go back and look at one in detail again - but the only option is to start the puzzle over. Adding the option to view it larger would be nice. :) Otherwise - it’s flawless.

    Awesome!

    I love doing regular jigsaw puzzles, but this kind is even better cause you don't have clean it all up before and after! The only thing I don't like is how easily the whole puzzle moves while you move the pieces around, and that I bought the "no ads" on one iPad, but it didn't carry over to my iPad mini. But even that's not a biggie. It still earned five stars! I love the landscapes the best. Just gorgeous! May 18, 2017....Still love doing these. Found kittens. Better than landscapes! I'm really enjoying, but the whole puzzle still moves around when I move pieces around. Hoped this would be fixed by now. Still 5 ⭐️ though for the puzzles. August 12, 2017.....why can't I access the program through the app I have on my homepage? Now I have to go into the App Store and open it from there. Help!!! Update March 18, 2019.....I loved doing these puzzles before cause they were so relaxing. Lately they keep getting harder and harder and are no longer relaxing, but rather harrowing! Everything else seems to be working fine, just the caliber of the puzzles!
