1 year agoWhat an awful company. There is no language that states you’re singing up for a year. What streaming service is annual and unable to be cancelled? Customer service is absolutely rude.

2 years agoI took the "monthly" option for I wanted the subscription for a few months. Turns out I had somehow subscribed for a full year with monthly payments, and this was not clearly mentioned in the terms that were sent by email. The customer services don't reply to any messages. Scam.
