User reviews of Regions

    Why did this change??

Ya know, I don’t fully agree with most of the reviews here, I actually thought the app worked very well. Once in a while the service would be down, which was annoying, but overall I thought it worked pretty decent, few complaints. But I guess I’m a creature of habit. I got very used to using Face ID to open the account. Now apparently that’s gone. I can still use it if I scroll through my passwords and find regions but there used to be a quick and easy button to press. Why would this change? Why ever would you “fix” that?? It would have been like a 4.5 star review but this really really annoys me that it now takes about 10 times longer for me to log in to my account. You bring it back, I’ll fix my review, ‘cause I actually like the app. Update: I’m an idiot. Thanks Regions, that fixed it.

    Lockit Tool is a Lifesaver!

I’ve been with Regions for 2 years and this app is so amazing! It lets me transfer money anywhere, anytime. It lets me deposit checks straight through my phone. It’s easy to use, and my absolute favorite feature is new LockIt Tool that lets me lock transactions. I use it to block online transactions from thieves and scammers, and it has been a true lifesaver! Last week an old subscription I had forgotten about tried to charge me $47 for something I thought I had cancelled. But the LockIt tool blocked it for me, saving MY money! I love Regions! Thank you for taking care of me!

    Pretty useful app 😁

I see a lot of people complaining about the thumbprint login “disappearing.” Just sign in, go into your settings, and enable biometric ID again. The feature IS NOT gone. Other than that this app has really been a great help to me. I love that I can deposit my checks through the app because I never can make it to the bank before it closes. The lock-it feature has also come in handy for when I want to do a free trial! It blocks out those pesky scammers who want to charge me anyway. There’s a few issues with delayed loading screens, but other than that, I’ve been pretty happy with this app.

    Does what need

Does as advertised. Never had an issue. One thing I would advertise about app that they do not talk about for some reason...best feature by 150%+...you can log into app and lock your card for everything with a swipe of a finger. Or you can choose certain things to lock individually. You can either use the lock for everything button, or the internet purchases, or the atm, & or for in store purchases. Takes 30 secs...best feature by far and wish I had known about it a long time ago. It was the best thing to come from my wife losing our card......again

    Constructive criticism

I haven’t been a member that long with Regions but I see room for improvement especially when it comes to the app . First , I think the whole app could use an update . Member to member service could be offered through the app . I see where regions is partnered with zelle . Not a lot of people use that app including myself. Basically be able to link a another bank account through the app for automatic transfer or payments . This is my second (backup) account. Also , a money manager tab where we can set savings goals & so forth to accomplish . With a start & end date and be able to set the amount of course . Also set up auto bill payment , estatements , and also be able to update contact information as well . The app is so behind to me it seem so old fashioned in a sense . It could just be because I have a regular life green basic account . But I’d like to see improvement in 2020 . Hopefully this reaches someone who is capable & willing to make the suggested changes . Best regards, A. Curry
