For this purpose we classify and harmonize all collected data into the areas of recovery, activity, mindfulness and stress. So, at one glance, you can see how and which part of your health is developing. In addition, we give you personalized insights and recommendations on how you can optimize the individual aspects of your health step by step. The Zone: For each day, ONVY's smart algorithms calculate individual zones for each of the previously described four areas. This gives you a higher level view of how you should optimize your day. And that's without spending hours in dashboards looking for the perfect hint. Our Companion Mode gives you recommendations beyond the day on how to best achieve your zones. This is how you find your balance day after day and live a healthy and balanced life in the long run. The Balance: Based on the 4 areas and the individual zones, our ONVY Balance Score is calculated every day. With this metric you get at a glance the information how much your physical and mental levels are in balance and how this translates to your health. Your day: After each night, we analyze the sleep data collected by your connected wearable and calculate your zones for the coming day. With the help of our Companion, you'll receive tailored recommendations to help you make the most of your day and achieve your balance.
