How to Cancel JustFit

Would like to cancel my annualsubscription and request refund of Php 4000 debited from my gcash account today April 12, 2024. Order Number: GPA.3384-8413-6457-88115.

The app will not let me cancel the subscription, it expires April 11.

i subscribed to this Just fit app pnly to find that it was nnot chair exercises as ad showed I would like a refund as i only had it a couple days prior to cancelation and since have ben getting a runaround how to get my refund returned to me

You were supposed to issue a reminder (as requested) to give me the opportunity to cancel subscription but instead you just took the money. Not happy now and would like a refund. My subscription was cancelled

Instead of the free trial my money was deducted for three month membership. I did not mean to purchase it . Kindly look into it and issue the refund .

They are very easy to reach to sign up but impossible to cancel. Everything leads to nothing. Don’t do this.

I was unable to edit My Plan. In particular, I wanted my first month to be chair exercises but there was no Edit button in my app. I gather the Edit option is not available on android devices. I have asked Google for a refund. If your developers create an Android friendly app, I will return.
