How to Delete PAK IDENTITY

I want to delete My Pak id identity account because I want POC card not Nicop card I try computer mobile is not working

Sir, I live in South Africa, I had created my account in Pak Identity some time ago and I had also verified the account, but after that my phone was snatched by thieves and they gave my Pak Identity account and all its information to them. With the loss of the mobile phone, my Pak identity and email verification all went with it but I had to get my new one renewed, for that I had to create a new Park ID and that Pak ID could not be verified because my id card was already Submit with my first pak idanty accoynt.But it was my compulsion because I had to renew my ID card. And for that I had to create an account again in Pak Identity which was verified but my application was sent to NADRA. But NADRA rejected it because of color category and asked me to get my fees refunded. But when I searched for the option in those verified accounts, those verified accounts did not give me a chance to get my fees refunded. Here I am stumped as to how to get my fees refunded. So sir, please remove your identity account first so that I can verify my new park identity account and after that I can get my fees refunded and then I can also submit the new application. The convenience of Park Identity through Dry Merhabani Kar International Vice is not a blessing for us Pakistanis but there is still a lot of work left in this app. Because this app has flaws in many places due to which we have to smile. Because Sir, every Pakistani among us does not have complete training regarding this application, with your help, we execute our request on this application. So please have mercy on us and solve this problem of ours, it will be a great favor to you.

Hello, I was not able to get my PAKID account verified because I was not able to take my fingerprints. I have tried everything that was asked by the representative when we called or when we launched the complaint. Please give me more attempts or delete my account so I can create it again and verify it to modify my NICOP

Dear Sir When logging in Pak-identity APP, how a verification ID number I can change with another ID number. It requires biometric verification throughout. It is not possible to use the app. Please remove the registered ID number so that another can be used. Regards

I did many attempts and cancelled request for correction of my name on my NIC BUT due to more attempt I can't proceed any more request PL empty my cancelled request history or guide me how can I proceed Because it is written there that you can do maximum 10 app/req PL deactivate my account or make the cancelled history empty
