How to Cancel FastEasy

I would like a full refund, the app does not work well for me. I can not do this.

I was charged $53 x 3 and I never signed up for FASTEasy so I want a refund and please cancel any information you have for me!

I asked this to be cancelled the same day I ordered as there was no information for diabetics. I was still charged 15.19. This should never be charged again and you are really going to cause issues with type one diabetics if you do not warn them about the program before they use it.

Just purchased thinking that while they offered an app, I should be able to get this online as well. Nope- just an app on the phone. My phone is just a phone- no apps. Despite immediate contact and request to cancel- they will cancel but will NOT REFUND. I'll be sending a complaint to the BBB and also to the NC State Attorney General Office. there is no number to call to cancel. There are no true instructions as to how to cancel. I sent them an email requesting a cancelation. If they do not cancel my membership, I will report them to the Better Business.

Save your money. You are charged for a plan but are not sent a plan. You make your pay first, then download the app. you can do your own tracking of water and when you do and done eat. Haven’t found a link to cancel the automatic renewal. It is totally not worth the money.
