Overall good app
The app is simple to use. It’s straight forward and when all the machines are working just fine…I’m able to wash my clothes with ease. It’s easy to report broken machines and to get refunds when a machine stops functioning properly. I hope they keep improving this app and their service!

Refer a friend?
Overall the app is easy to begin, use and maintain. I was extremely pleased with how much easier the app made using pay laundry and the fact I can go home and know exactly when my items are done and can even add more drying time from my home. I actually did recommend the app to several people I was happy with it. After it was brought to my attention, I used the “refer a friend “ on the app. Both times my friend received their credit and then begin using app by adding funds with their personal card. However, I am beginning to feel like when they say u will receive credit also is just a scam. I have yet to receive credit for either recommendation and at least a month has passed. I am extremely disappointed considering how pleased I was with the app. Although, my problems with it have no direct effect on the use of the app, it just makes something that should receive 5 stars much less attractive to me. I feel like I was lied to.

Love love this app !!
Let me just start off by saying You guys did your thing when making this app! Super convenient super easy to use , easy to access. I can refer as many friends as I’d like & receive $5 in a couple of minutes ! It’s just great. Plus I can view the timer on both washers and dryers that way I don’t need to sit in the laundry room all day. Only thing I’d say to improve on is sometimes the app lacks & does not connect to certain washers & dryers & I also experienced a slight delay in referral money but the good definitely outweighs the bad and I’m completely impressed. I had my doubts and I was definitely wrong.

Please fix the bugs🙏🏼- Works though
I love this app! Seriously, fantastic idea guys! I would absolutely give this app ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if it weren’t for all of the bugs. Many of the buttons simply do nothing. I can tap the sticker or use my camera app on the qr but then it wants to open safari and sometimes the page will have a link to open the app, sometimes not. When it does, I can tap it and the app will open to pay and start a load but when I start, I can’t view it in the laundry tab or get any info for it other than it’s in use. Please fix this guys/gals! I’ll definitely change my rating to 5/5 then. Other than that, it does work and it does save so much hassle

Needs some work
I like not having to have a stock of quarters on hand so was happy when my management company switched to the ePay option. However, half the time it doesn't show laundry cycles that I have running. Also, our machines are set to dry for 45 minutes but that will only fully dry a medium load (& heaven forbid you add some towels or a blanket), so I have to add time. But about half of the time, the option to do so doesn't pop up (which is where my handy stock of quarters comes in handy). I like the convenience of the app but they need to work on these glitches.
