7 months agoI have sent Jacquie Lawson e-cards via my iPad for 10 years. It has been a great convenience, virtually problem free. For the last few times I have attempted to send a card there has been a glitch. I choose my card, write my message and then press email. At this point it is transferred to the emailing window but my message has completely disappeared! We do have a PC and I can send successfully from there if necessary but I prefer my IPAd and can’t understand why this is happening. Thanks for your help. Margot Gurney

Today I received my visa bill for this month and found my visa account had been billed for $30.00 by your company. 2 years agoAll I wanted to do is cancel my subscription to your wonderful cards. My problem is that all my recipients have died--how often have you heard that one? I just can't believe it! I sincerely thank you for your great service while I was able to use is it. I looked at all your ways to stop your services but only got really confused. The more I read, the more vegetable soup it became. I couldn't even apply my password correctly. I'm frustrated. I've got major surgery tomorrow and am trying not to get all worked up. I have tried to get this handled and even sent an e-mail on 1/14/2022 and to date have not even had the courtsey of any response. Very dissappointed with your service.
