I do not know how your app is on my phone. It has taken complete control! I no longer can access my home page or use any apps, camera, mail etc. When I open my phone it says THE WEATHER then a Start button. I do NOT want to start. If I pull down notices I see WEATHER HOME Tap to launch! I do not want to launch it. When I hit your Terms of Service (I have read it all) it says, go to your provided contact gdpr@redacted so I click that and it says Webpage not available. So I am at a dead end! So now if you reply to this text I will not be able to open it or read it. I am writing this on another device. I am extremely frustrated, please advise.
