4. You'll be shown a series of merchants' agreement you've transacted before. Click on "MyNovant" to cancel.
5. You will be shown a confirmation page. Click on the "Cancel Automatic Payments" tab to affirm that you want to stop making payments to MyNovant.
6. Then click "Done" on the verification page to complete the unsubscription.

  If I could give negative stars I would!

  Got a notification that I have test results. Forced to download new app. Opens to welcome screen and then nothing. Cannot get a login or an X or anything to get to my results. Very disappointed.

  It never allows me to sign in

  I have to reset my password to be able to login. Soon after I log in, it logs me out and won’t allow me to sign in. There is no one that can help me with the situation. Very inconvenient.
