Complete Guide to Cancel and Delete MWS: NIMC Personal ID
A few things to note and do before cancelling:
- Subscribing to a plan and not cancelling it manually will result in the plan auto-renewing.
- Cancelling a subscription during a free trial may result in losing the trial account.
- You must always cancel a subscription at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.
How to Cancel MWS: NIMC Personal ID Subscription on iPhone or iPad:
- Open Settings » ~Your name~ » and click "Subscriptions".
- Click the MWS (subscription) you want to review.
- Click Cancel.
How to Cancel MWS: NIMC Personal ID Subscription on Android Device:
- Open your Google Play Store app.
- Click on Menu » "Subscriptions".
- Tap on MWS: NIMC Personal ID (subscription you wish to cancel)
- Click "Cancel Subscription".
How to Cancel MWS: NIMC Personal ID Subscription on a Mac computer:
- Goto your Mac AppStore, Click ~Your name~ (bottom sidebar).
- Click "View Information" and sign in if asked to.
- Scroll down on the next page shown to you until you see the "Subscriptions" tab then click on "Manage".
- Click "Edit" beside the MWS: NIMC Personal ID app and then click on "Cancel Subscription".
How to Cancel MWS: NIMC Personal ID Subscription on Paypal:
To cancel your MWS subscription on PayPal, do the following:
- Login to www.paypal.com .
- Click "Settings" » "Payments".
- Next, click on "Manage Automatic Payments" in the Automatic Payments dashboard.
- You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to. Click on "MWS: NIMC Personal ID" or "National Identity Management Commission" to cancel.
What to do if you Subscribed directly on MWS's Website:
- Reach out to National Identity Management Commission - the company behind MWS directly: Get all MWS's contact details here
- Visit MWS website: Click to visit .
- Login to your account.
- In the menu section, look for any of the following: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
- Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
How to delete MWS account:
- Reach out directly to MWS via Justuseapp. Get all Contact details →
- Send an email to [email protected] Click to email requesting that they delete your account.
Delete MWS: NIMC Personal ID from iPhone:
To delete MWS from your iPhone, Follow these steps:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold MWS: NIMC Personal ID until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the MWS: NIMC Personal ID app.
Delete MWS: NIMC Personal ID from Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose MWS: NIMC Personal ID, » then click "Uninstall".

Unable to Access My ID
I recently downloaded the app, It prompted that I input my NIN and Phone number, I put the information but it keeps reading Generating encryption keys and doesn’t bring my NIN details.

Slow Processing
It takes so much to do what it’s supposed to it’s job.... And it eventually doesn't process anything. Y’all should work on this app before you bring it out for use. I see no use in this app. That's the truth

I don’t think this app is connected to the NIN server I inputted my details but it was telling me error occurred and was not able to find my details and I also tried with my siblings NIN same thing

My friend doesn't have an Android or iphone and wish to print his premium NIN SLIP. Please how can I help him do that ?. I tried to see if I could log out of the NIMC app on my phone to enable him log in, but I couldn't find any log out button. What do I do more to print his premium NIN SLIP?. Thanks
