I signed up in June 2023 for the 7-day free trial. After going through the available channels, I was not interested in your service. The majority of the programs are reruns. I am in my eighties and I have seen most of them. I called the next day and canceled my subscription. As far as my charge account statements, it appears that I was charged for 4-months. Please issue a credit to my account. Show me the credit via cellphone at 412-715-4429 via text.

Company is a scam. No phone reps to speak with if you have an issue. We signed up for $6.99 per month and was charged $86. They refunded it but took $15 out of it for a fee. Stay far away.

I unfortunately clicked on the free trial button expecting to see what was involved and the cost of the channel, and then a few days later I started recieving emails about the channel. I started getting worried that they may charge me for a month and wanted to cancel free trial. I spent hours trying to even locate the Channel to cancel it. I never watched or found the channel, then of course another day or two went by and sure enough they charged me 89 dollers and change to my Credit card which they must have gotton through Roku. I want my money back and this whole channel is a scam. It says it,s easy to cancel (my butt). I'm hoping with this post I can somehow get out of this ridiculous mistake I made by simply clicking on the free trial button. I am so pissed that I will probably have to cancel my Credit Card so these scammers can't steal any more money from me and I am contacting all the necesary agencies because by the looks of this I am one of many that have been scammed by these people.
