How to Cancel Fastic

Hi, I need to cancel my subscription going forward and I've noticed thar there is no availability to do so within the application and my google app store does not show the subscription which commenced 163 days ago. There was a number of days free and then the annual subscription so in October 2022. Please advise how to ensure that the annual subscription is not charged noting the number of feedback about the same issue. Kind regards Yvonne

No point in printing their contact details Fastic never reply!! It says in their info if you cancel subscription within 14days money is refunded this is not true! No one replies or acknowledges your cancellation!!! Beware of subscribing unless your positive it’s worth it for you!! No customer service at all!!

They auto charged me ($4.99) today, i dont know what that is for, On top of the paid subscription ($39.99) for 3mos. Which was last Month when i first started. I tried to email (fastic) them but no reply. I would like to stop the subscription but there is no option for that. I hope to get a solution for this issue.

I have a three month subscription with Fastic. They said automatic renewal unless I unsubscribe. I can’t find how to unsubscribe. I believe this app is a scam. How do I stop automatic renewal.

i have contacted apple app store regarding their shady business. they kept charging me month over month after i had "delete account". nobody cant find how to unsubscribe directly within the app itself. and thats how they keep charging me from old credit card to new credit card....haunting me. please file a claim with apple if you have similar problem: apple.com/feedback thanks for your contribution

No way to cancel this. I signed up through Facebook and then downloaded the app. No way to unsubscribe on my phone. No answer to repeated emails to info and support email addresses listed. No phone number to contact. I am going to deny the charge on my bank account and also report these hucksters to the Better Business Bureau.

I canceled my subscription 24 hours later, the app is horrible. I'd like a full refund and have absolutely no way of finding out how to go about getting one. I believe I read somewhere in their pitch that they have a full refund period, but how to invoke it is impossible to find.

I was looking at the app and it charged my card 32.00!! I did not even have the app itself open for a full 24 hours!! When I look at my subscriptions it is very sneaky because it doesn't even list it on there. This is a very sticky company!! DELETE IT AND GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!! I have contacted my bank and reported all screen shots~ also pretty shady that you assholes don't even have a contact number!! I wonder why?! I am do pissed off right now I'm trying to look further into what can be reported. Disgusting!!
